The holidays are all about blessings, whether you are giving or receiving. Today we'll emerse ourselves in the energy of blessings and allow that energy to grow and spread from you, all the way to the ends of the earth and beyond.

The holidays are all about blessings,

Whether you are giving or receiving.

Today,

We'll immerse ourselves in the energy of the blessings and allow that energy to grow and spread.

Will you find a comfortable place and settle in?

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

And release.

Breathe in deeply and release.

And take one more deep breath in.

And one more full breath out.

Start to settle into that softer,

Gentler breath.

And let that breath soothe your body and your mind.

Take a moment now to count your own blessings.

All the things in your life that you are grateful for.

There are no limits or restrictions here.

This is your life and your meditation.

Once you get it started,

Let it continue to keep rolling from one blessing to another.

As you fill your heart with the attitude of gratitude,

It's time to share the love of blessings.

Imagine that love spilling over and spreading around you and to your family.

See your family filling up and spilling over too.

All of you sharing the blessings.

Within your town,

In your state,

See all of these people filling up and overflowing.

To the region,

To the entire country.

As it spreads,

It grows and becomes even more blessings flowing out to the entire world and then the universe.

Sharing all of this love and blessings with every living being in our universe.

As we all share this love,

All hatred,

Envy,

Jealousy and more ceases to exist.

Creating a world filled with love for all.

Immerse yourself in this love.

This deep,

True place of love.

Coming back now to your physical space,

Start to notice your surroundings.

Bring some light movement into your body.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Come back when you're ready.
