Good morning and welcome.
Thank you for joining me today for this morning meditation,
Which is infused with Reiki energy.
Will you find a comfortable place where you can be for the duration of this meditation?
Settle in,
Find yourself a nice straight spine,
And just relax.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Take one more deep breath in and release.
Settle into that more natural breath and just allow each cycle to relax the body and the mind.
Feel the rhythm of that breath just massaging the soul,
Quieting the mind a little more with each breath.
If you are open to receiving Reiki healing energy,
Just say yes now and allow the healing to set in.
If you'll continue to focus on the rhythm of your breath,
Letting go of any thoughts that come into your mind,
Just acknowledge and release.
Feel your body getting more and more relaxed,
Allowing all the chatter in the mind to disappear.
By quieting this chatter,
We're able to step outside of our busy mind and take a more observatory view of what's happening in our lives.
Letting go of the ego now so we may observe objectively.
As portions of you heal and rise up,
You may feel some tension,
Pressure,
Something that you know is coming up.
When this happens,
Breathe in deeply and release it on the exhale,
Clearing your intuition now,
Your third eye,
So you can allow that intuitive part of you to rise up.
Use this to your advantage throughout the day.
Clearing and balancing your throat chakra allows you to speak your truth,
Not be restrained in your speech,
In your communication,
Clearing the way to true expression of yourself,
Your ideas,
And your world around you.
Soften your shoulders,
Relax your chest,
Feel your heart open up for healing of those wounds.
Allow for forgiveness.
This will set you free.
Feel the love in your heart growing again.
Feel the gratitude for this love,
All the love in your life.
Your solar plexus is ready for you to ignite that flame.
Bring your hands to this place.
Feel the warmth,
The energy.
Have you been disconnected from your inner strength and power?
This is your engine,
The center of it all.
How will you use this today?
This power is within you.
Use it.
How do you need this energy today?
Commit to yourself and allow your inner strength to come out.
Our sacral chakra is our center for creativity,
Sexuality,
Sensuality.
Allow this area to heal now.
Become balanced.
You can use this creativity to assist with that inner strength to help us move forward towards our dreams,
To get around obstacles that come in our way,
Even to create new dreams.
Healing this center can also heal connections with our loved ones,
Our partners.
Coming down to our root chakra at the base of the spine.
Feel a warmth,
Grounding,
A connection to Mother Earth as we rebalance,
Let go of any fears,
Remembering that we are always taken care of,
Recognizing the security in your physical space.
As your root chakra heals and balances,
Feel yourself growing those roots down into the Earth,
All the way to the center,
Wrapping themselves around the axis of the planet and receive the energy from Mother Earth.
Feel that energy coming back through those roots,
Back up through your chakras,
Powering them up from your root to your sacral to your solar plexus and your heart,
Up to the throat,
Your third eye,
All the way to your crown,
Up to the soul star chakra.
Feel that energy coming straight through,
All the way connecting you to Father Sky,
Healed and balanced and brilliant as you sit in this vibrant energy.
Allow your day to play out in your mind.
