Shoulders.
Let your body make any little movements it needs to to be comfortable.
Focus on your tailbone.
Grow root from your tailbone down to the center of the earth.
Down.
Wrapping around the core of the earth.
Being very strong.
Big strong root.
Now bring your energy up along that root back to your tailbone.
Keep the energy ball going up your spine.
Let your body move into the position it wants for meditation.
Up your spine,
Up your neck.
You may feel your head push back a little.
Relax your eyes.
Up to your crown.
And connecting to heaven's energy through the crown of your head.
If you can comfortably do it,
Put your tongue to the roof of your mouth or the back of your teeth.
Connect the energy line,
Heaven's energy through your body down to earth's energy.
Focus on your core.
Two inches below your belly button.
Two inches inside.
Focus on a red ball or red candle.

Feel your strength and your power.
Focus your eyes,
Jaw and shoulders and put your focus back on your core.
Entering yourself in this way connects you with peace.
Keeping your power and your focus on your power and your strength reminds you that there's no need for reaction.

You're able to provide a calmer environment for yourself and everyone around you.

As you exhale,
Sweeping your head,
Chest,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Sweeping away all the tension that you just cleared,
Sweeping away any anxiety.
And then just sitting for a few seconds.
You can wiggle your toes.
You can shake your head.
Turn your neck side to side.
And just sitting with this peace.
