This is Kali and this is your meditation for creating a beautiful year.
First of all you want to make sure that you aren't going to be disturbed.
You are comfortable and you are warm.
Let's start with our centering breaths.
We're going to breathe in for the count of five,
Hold for the count of five,
And out for the count of eight.
Breathe with me now.

Now just breathe in and out in your normal rhythm.
First we're going to take our minds off thoughts by placing our attention on the sensation and feeling in our body.
This will help to center our mind and to calm our mind.
I want you to place your awareness now on your feet.
Feeling the sensation in your feet.
Being aware of the space in which your feet reside.
Sensing any warm,
Any cold,
Any tingling.
Now we're going to take our minds to our legs.
Those two beautiful legs.
Again,
What can you feel in your legs?
What can you sense?
Can you sense your hair standing on edge?
Does your skin feel calm and cool?
Can you sense the space around your legs?
Now I want you to take your mind to your torso and all your organs.
Can you sense your organs?
Can you feel them?
Maybe you feel your heart beating within your chest.
Maybe you feel your back against the surface that you're on.
Maybe you feel your neck or your shoulders.
Can you sense your torso in space?
Sense the space around your organs.
Just becoming aware of any sensations through your body.
Now I want you to take your mind to your head and particularly in the space between your eyebrows there,
Your third eye,
And just feel intensely there.
Feel the intensity of the energy drawing into that space of your third eye.
Can you create a sensory experience?
Can you feel it expanding in space?
Now take your awareness to your whole body,
Your whole body in space.
Feeling the sensations in your body.
Now I just want you to try and let your body go and just imagine that there's nothingness and you're just conscious energy.
What is it that you want to focus on for this year?
What is the key thing you want to focus on for if you were at the end of the year and you were looking back at the year in your review and you saw that you had achieved it and you felt that you had achieved it and you could not believe that you had achieved it.
Just create that one single narrowed focus for this year.
What is it?
If you have it already,
Say it over and over and over in your head.
You haven't thought of one yet?
Allow your thoughts to wander as you create it.
I want you to take your focus to emotions that you would feel if it was the end of the year and you had achieved this thing.
We want to attach these elevated emotions to that focus for this year.
So I want you to take yourself to the end of the year.
I want you to take yourself to the end of the year.
I want you to stand somewhere in all your glory that this thing has been achieved and I want you to attach the elevated emotions to it.
How do you feel inside?
What words come to mind and then as those words flow into you,
I want you to feel those words in the body.
Where do you feel it?
Do you feel it in your gut?
Do you feel it in your heart?
Do you feel it in your head?
As those words flow in,
Peace and joy,
Happiness,
Ecstasy,
Where do you feel it in your body?
Come on,
Feel those emotions.
You have achieved this thing.
All your work,
Dedication,
The motivation and determination that you have put towards this achievement.
How do you feel?
How do you stand?
How do you think,
Walk and act now this has been achieved?
Keep attaching those elevated emotions.
Keep drawing in that energy that you are worthy and deserving of it all.
It is all within you and you have successfully achieved it and you feel like breaking out in dance and joy and happiness and laughter seems to just bally out of you.
Come on,
Feel those elevated emotions now that this thing you wanted to achieve has been done.
It is completed and you bask in the glory of it all.
Your work,
Your playfulness,
Your constant going back to what it is.
Do it,
Has achieved it.
Breathe that in and now I want you to most importantly let go and surrender.
The connections have been made.
Your Wi-Fi signal is very,
Very strong and now the surrender will bring it in.
Just breathe,
Just let go.
Now I'd like to finish with our little prayer of gratitude.
