Welcome to your grounding meditation.
This is Kali and this meditation is recorded for State of Mind School.
First I want you to get really comfortable make sure that you're not going to be disturbed and make sure you're warm.
This grounding meditation is most beneficial if you are able to lay touching the ground.
If not that is fine too.
Let's begin.
We're going to start with our centering breaths.
We're going to breathe in for the count of four and out for the count of six.
Elongating the out breath will allow us to engage our parasympathic nervous system and come into our rest and digest.
Let's begin.
Breathe in two three four out two three four five six in two three four out two three four five six in two three four out two three four five six in two three four out two three four five six and in two three four out two three four five six in two three four out two three four five six.
Allow your breath to come to its normal rhythm allowing the in-breath to feel the tummy rise and the out-breath to feel the tummy fall.
And just breathe.
I want you to feel now your body.
I want you to feel it now on whatever surface it's on.
All the way from your legs to your torso to your head down your arms.
I want you to engage with the surface now feeling it.
Now I want you to imagine that you're becoming really heavy on the ground and I want you to feel yourself with every breath just sinking more and more into the ground.
And we're going to repeat these words after me.
I am at peace.
I am healing.
I am.
And again I am at peace.
I am healing.
I am relaxed.
Just allow those words to flow in and out of your body.
Allow the breath to have you feeling heavier and more calm and more relaxed and more at peace.
I want you to visualize now the Earth's energy.
It can be represented with a color or radio waves or a beautiful white light.
Whatever works for you I want you now to visualize the Earth's energy coming up through your feet.
Now as we know the Earth helps with a negative charge of the body and when we have a positive charge in our body or too much positive charge that is where our body is not in homeostasis.
So it is at disease.
It is not balanced.
So now we are going to balance the body's energy by sending this beautiful visualization through our bodies.
So now take your mind to whatever color or whatever picture works for you and allow that energy of the Earth to come up through the feet.
Through all the cells in the feet.
Imagine it now coming up to the ankles,
Through the lower legs,
Through your knees,
Coming up through your knees to your upper legs,
Your thighs.
Grounding you,
Healing you,
Putting that beautiful charge through your body.
Feeling your legs now feel heavier.
Allow them to sink.
Allow them to almost melt away into the Earth.
And as that charge comes up through your hips now and into your organs.
We're going to think about each organ.
We're going to imagine the bowel.
We're going to imagine our womb,
If we have a womb.
We're going to imagine our intestines and this energy is coming up through them to the spleen,
To the gallbladder,
To the liver,
To the kidneys,
To the stomach.
Healing all our organs.
Healing them to the heart and the lungs.
Allow them all to be healed,
To have this beautiful energy run through them.
Now it's coming up the spine.
Healing the spine.
Sending this beautiful charge of grounding energy through the body.
Up now through the chest,
Through our lungs,
To our shoulders and down our arms.
Feel that energy now down your arms,
To the tips of your fingers.
Now send that energy back up through your arms,
To your throat.
Clearing your throat.
And up through your face,
Through your cheeks,
And your mouth,
And your nose,
And your eye.
To that beautiful superpower in the top of your head,
Your brain.
Imagine the energy now swirling through your brain and then sending that energy up to the universe.
And allow it to feel that universal energy and then bring it back down.
Through your brain,
Through your neck,
Through each arm,
To the tips of your fingers.
Back up through the shoulders.
Coming down through our chest,
Our lungs,
Our heart,
Down our spine,
To our liver,
Our spleen,
Our gallbladder,
Our kidneys,
Our stomach,
All our organs.
Feel it swirling around now to the intestines and the bowel.
Feel it all swirling,
And swirling,
And moving,
And healing.
Feel it now come down through the pelvis,
Healing all those organs within the pelvis,
And coming down our legs,
Down through our thighs,
And our knees,
And our calves,
Ankles,
And then at the tops of our toes.
Feeling that grounding energy.
Feeling that beautiful healing energy.
Feeling that lovely negative charge balancing our body.
Just breathe as we let this beautiful visualization go.
Feeling the peace in our hearts,
The calm in our body,
And the connection to this beautiful world we live in,
Mother Earth.
Let me say a little prayer of gratitude.
I am grateful for all that I am.
I am grateful for all that I will be.
I am grateful for all that I have been.
I am grateful I am loved,
And I am enough.
I am grateful I am loved,
And I am enough.
