Where focus goes energy flows so let's focus our energy to each energy center and allow our bodies to feel peace and calm. Using music and affirmations this meditation will allow you to clear any blockages and release tension.

Welcome to State of Mind School.
This is a meditation for clearing and unblocking your seven main chakras.
First,
I want you to get really comfortable.
Make sure you're not disturbed and make sure you're warm.
Let's begin.
First of all,
We're gonna take some centering breaths.
We're gonna breathe in for the count of five,
Hold for the count of five,
And out for the count of eight.
Let's begin.
In two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Hold two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
In two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Hold two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
And let's breathe in and out normally.
It's allowing your breath to go to its natural rhythm,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
I want you to take your attention to your first energy center,
Your first chakra.
This is located in between your legs down at the perineum.
And I want you to imagine a beautiful,
Brilliant color red.
And I want you to sense the space within that root chakra.
Sense the energy within that first energy center.
And just try to breathe in and out.
If you can,
Gently lifting up the pelvic floor and squeezing and letting go.
Gently lifting up the pelvic floor and squeezing and letting go.
And just imagine that beautiful color red,
Just cleansing and massaging.
And just sense that space,
That feeling.
And I want you to repeat these words in your mind after me.
I am disciplined and I am safe.

Now I want you to move your mind and your sensation.
I want you to move that sensation to your second energy center,
The sacral chakra.
And I want you to breathe in and out,
Just about four fingers below your belly button,
So in that lower abdominals.
And again,
Let's start by thinking of the beautiful color orange.
Breathing in and out and imagine the vibration and the vibrancy of orange.
Sensing the space in the lower abdominals.
And let's have a little squeeze into those lower abdominals and let go.
Now a little squeeze into those lower abdominals and let go.
And one more time,
A little squeeze into those lower abdominals and let go.
Breathing in and out,
Sensing the space.
And I want you to repeat these words after me.
I am both sensitive and strong.
I am balanced.
I am both sensitive and strong.

Let the breath fall.
Let the breath rise.
Now we're going to be moving up to our upper abdominals now,
Just above your navel,
Where your gut hits,
Just where the third energy center is.
This is your solar plexus.
And it's governed by the beautiful color yellow.
Again,
Let's sense the space,
The energy,
Some warmth perhaps.
Breathing in and out of this space.
Breathing in and out of the beautiful color yellow and imagine it clearing and unblocking,
Sending our energy there.
And now we're going to very gently tighten those upper abdominals and let go.
Tighten the upper abdominals,
Squeezing the energy up and let go.
And again,
One more time,
Squeeze and let go.
Breathing in and out of this space.
And repeat these words after me.
I accept myself completely.
I accept I have strengths.
I accept I have weaknesses.
I accept myself completely.
I accept my strengths.
And I accept that I have weaknesses.

Breathing in and out of this space,
Feeling it clear and let go.
Now we're moving up to the heart chakra,
Right in the middle of your chest,
Right behind your sternum.
And it's governed by the beautiful color green.
And I want you to breathe in and out of your heart right now,
Feeling the love,
Feeling the space,
Maybe feeling your heartbeat.
And just breathe,
Allowing that beautiful color green to take over,
To get brighter with every breath.
Just feeling the space,
Feeling the warmth,
And letting go.
And I want you to repeat these words after me.
I am filled with courage,
And I love and appreciate myself as I am.
I am filled with courage,
And I love and appreciate myself as I am.
Breathe in and out.
I am filled with courage,
And I appreciate myself as I am.
Breathing in and out of the heart,
And now just letting that go.
Coming up to your throat chakra,
Governed by the beautiful color blue,
And allowing your throat to clear.
Breathing the energy into the throat,
Breathing the space,
Breathing the sensations,
Feeling that throat,
Breathing into the blue,
Allowing it to clear.
You can tighten your throat and let it go if you can.
Just feeling the squeeze and the contraction,
And let it go.
Feeling it squeeze and contract.
Just repeat after me.
I am filled with the power of spirit.
I am learning,
I am growing.
I am filled with the power of spirit.

Breathe in and out to melt away any tension.
Coming up now to our third eye chakra.
Energetically,
It is placed in the middle of your brain,
Coming out to the place between your eyebrows.
But we're going to center our attention into our penile gland,
Which is a small,
Tiny gland that governs so much of our hormones.
We're going to think about breathing in and out of that middle of the brain,
Feeling the energy in the middle of our brain,
Sensing the sensations and the space in the,
Breathing in and out of it,
Thinking,
Can we contract the energy up into the middle of the brain and let go?
Breathing in and out of the space,
Allowing brain to connect,
Feeling this beautiful energy there.
Breathing in and out,
Allowing the body,
Allowing the brain,
Allowing the beautiful color indigo.
Breathing in and out.
It's such an important chakra here.
Let's spend a little bit of time in this place,
Just allowing our body to breathe and believe and hold.
Breathe and believe and hold.
And just repeating after me,
I have a clear inner vision.
My thoughts are clear.
I have a clear inner vision.

Breathing in and out,
Coming up to our very last chakra,
Our seventh energy center.
And it's right up the top of your head,
Right up the very,
Very top.
You watch a beautiful color of violet,
All white light.
I just want you to imagine the top of your head now,
Just this beautiful light coming out the top.
Imagine all the energy there just clearing through and getting stronger and feeling more and more peace.
Breathing in and out of that space now,
Sensing the space from the top of the head all the way through to the universe and back again.
Just breathe into that space,
Feeling the power of it.
As you repeat these words after me,
I am love,
I am light,
Grateful.

Allowing that energy now,
Let's just come back through each one of these centers,
Bringing the energy,
Bringing the power,
The life force down from the universe through the top of our head,
Through the middle of our brain,
Down through our throat,
To our heart,
To our upper abdomen,
To our lower abdomen,
And out through the middle of our legs,
Gathering all the energy up from earth and coming back up through,
Clearing each center,
The first,
The second,
The third,
The fourth,
The fifth,
The sixth,
And the seventh,
And up to the universe it goes,
Allowing us to be clear.
And please repeat these words after me as we end this meditation with our little prayer of gratitude.
