Good afternoon.

Please sit down in a quiet place.

Spine straight.

Relax your shoulders.

Breathe normally at your own pace through your nose,

In and out for one minute.

Bresh your cough and fingers.

Now when you inhale,

Think of someone you love.

When you exhale,

Send your love energy to them.

Next,

Think of the beauty of Gaya.

Breathe in gratitude for everything out there.

Breathe out your appreciation for this earth.

Now to refresh our energy,

Let's do some tapping.

We use our fingertips,

Gently tap each energy point seven times.

First,

Use four fingers,

Tap the side of each hand,

The area below your little finger.

Right hand fingers tapping left hand.

Ready?

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Left hand fingers tapping right hand.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Then use two fingers for the following points.

Tap your eyebrows.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Six,

Seven.

Tap the side of your eyes where the temple is.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Seven.

Tap under your eyes where your eye bags are.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Tap under your nose,

That's between your nose and upper lip.

Tap your chin just below your lower lip.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Seven.

Now back to four fingers.

Tap your collarbone.

Tap the side of your chest about four inches below your armpit.

Left side,

Tap the top of your head.

Let's take a deep breath.

Release all unnecessary energies.
