Hi I'm Caroline and I'm so thrilled that you're here with me for this talk and I want to put your attention on something really really key if you're interested in that topic of manifestation or changing timelines or reclaiming your role as a co-creator with the universe.

So in order for us to look at this more closely I want you to consider as you are here with me where are you and I don't mean physically I mean where is your awareness are you actually here with me or are you replaying for example the conversation you had yesterday or you're planning what you're gonna say when you see that person again or maybe you're still mentally scrolling through your notifications even though physically you're sat here listening to me the thing is most of us spend our entire lives away from home if we consider our physical bodies this chamber this vessel as our home we're not here a lot of the time we're scattered across time across other people's energy fields across a thousand digital rabbit holes that we encounter throughout the day and here's what that costs when we're not present when the lights are on but nobody's home in our physical vessel we can't sense the infinite possibilities available to us right now and that's a key skill as a co-creator with the universe we must be able to sense and feel into the infinite possibilities that are available because that's how we reach into what's next that's how we grow that's how we evolve we reach into what's next we're trapped when we're not home because unconsciously we're still in that one timeline we're living in right now we're not aware that there's anything else so today isn't a meditation it's about understanding where your awareness goes why it matters and how to practice coming home to yourself because being present isn't just about peace or mindfulness it's the gateway to your evolution your healing your growth everything that you desire for yourself on this earth so let's have a look at where your awareness will typically go in the given course of a day and there's three main places i want to put your attention on firstly there's the past where you replay conversations over and over or you relive moments rehashing what you should have said or what you should have done differently or you turn yesterday or last week or something that happened 10 years ago around and around in your mind like you're trying to solve a puzzle that's already complete and there's nothing wrong with that per se that is part of the human condition if we choose to go down that route because thinking processing is how we try to make sense of things how we try to make sense of the world it's how we try to find closure protect ourselves and understand what happened but the truth is while you're there in the past you're not here you're not in your physical vessel you're not home to yourself secondly there's the future where you rehearse scenarios that haven't happened yet you plan worry imagine outcomes you play out conversations you might have situations you might face and this can be a tricky one because it can help you feel prepared planning for the future but what you're actually doing is living in a reality that doesn't exist yet and may never exist and while you're there in that imagined future you're not here later on but nobody's home and thirdly this is a big one there's other people's worlds through our phones our devices and our screens we have access to places we didn't have access to before certainly not if you grew up in the generation that i did in the 80s and through these devices we plug into other people's thoughts their causes their beliefs their movements their dramas we scroll through lives that aren't ours problems that aren't ours realities that have absolutely nothing to do with our own existence and when we're out in cyberspace what happens is that we fragment ourselves across hundreds of energetic connections a notification pulls you here a post pulls you there an algorithm knows exactly how to hook your attention and keep it and your consciousness becomes scattered like confetti across a digital landscape that has no bearing on your physical life when you're scattered like this you might notice actual signs and symptoms you might feel spacey foggy disconnected or that you can't focus on important tasks even when you try you might find yourself chronically tired or sluggish for no reason at all or your shoulders carrying tension you can't seem to release because that's just become your normal state or you feel emotionally reactive quick to tears or anger over small things and if you have the subtle awareness in yourself you might even find it becomes difficult to regulate yourself almost like you're not grounded and just the effect of whatever you know passes through you or around you you can find yourself being really reactive to those things you can also find yourself feeling a lack of interest in things being unmotivated feeling weak or even unable to make small decisions and you know this is the classic thing you might scroll for hours and hours and and not realize how much time is passing as you scroll so all of this if we look at all these signs and symptoms it has the overall effect of making you feel really really off not centered not connected to you know something bigger than yourself and when we're lost in this digital world and cyberspace it becomes really difficult to like find our way back and also pinpoint why we feel that way even to recognize that we feel that way so of course like you're listening to me on a device we all do it and we've been conditioned you know as part of our lifestyle to do it to be on technology to be on devices and i will say in the past decades you know one of the things that's become really apparent is that our culture our actual culture is designed to keep us fragmented it may be unconsciously so but when we're distracted we're anywhere but here and what you need to understand is that every moment your awareness is somewhere else whether that's in the past or in the future and someone else's reality you are not running your full energy through your body you're not grounded in the space you occupy here on the planet that space that we all have that we all possess and are entitled to on the planet where you move where you grow and create and when you're scattered like this you can't maintain your frequency at your highest clearest vibration and that vibration that level of presence is the prerequisite for sensing and accessing more desirable outcomes or timelines whatever you want to call them so let's talk specifically about our mobile phones for a moment and really think about it how many times today have you checked it without thinking how many notifications have pulled your attention away from what you were actually doing how many rabbit holes do you fall into on any given day not because you wanted to but because the algorithm knew exactly how to hook you here's what's actually happening energetically when this goes on each time you plug into your device you're sending your awareness out into other people's lives their thoughts their realities and without you realizing you're literally giving your energy away scattering it across a digital landscape that has nothing to do with your actual life your actual body and your actual movement you see our bodies are designed to run energy fully from crown to root connected to the earth beneath us we're meant as human beings to be grounded on the planet to occupy our space fully to feel the ground under our feet the air moving through our lungs the aliveness of being here in a body on this earth but when we're constantly plugged in digitally we become unplugged from ourselves disconnected out of communication we can't ground we can't run our energy we can't occupy our own space again the lights are on but nobody's home and i'm not saying this to make anyone feel guilty or to demonize technology and i'm not suggesting that you throw your phone away or live off grid because this is not about judgment it's about understanding the energetic reality of this world that we live in today because what we've forgotten is that you cannot be in two places at once your consciousness cannot simultaneously be in your body and scattered across a hundred digital connections and when you choose the digital world even unconsciously you're choosing to leave your body you're choosing to leave your present moment you're choosing to leave your actual power so here's something that most people don't understand everything that has ever existed that exists now or will ever exist actually exists in this present moment right here right now the past isn't behind you the future isn't ahead of you the other timelines the other visions of your life the infinite possibilities they're not somewhere else they're all here layered on top of each other existing simultaneously in this moment and therefore it follows that you can only access them from here from now from this present moment from inside your body when you're fully present fully grounded and this is why presence isn't some nice spiritual concept it literally is your gateway to everything you desire the reason why you're here when your awareness is scattered replaying the past rehearsing the future or lost in someone else's digital world you're unconsciously trapped in the one timeline you're currently experiencing you can't see the others you can't sense them you can't feel the shimmer of possibility right at the edge of your awareness because you're not here you're not home and this is the prerequisite that no one talks about before you can change your life shift timelines create different outcomes and experiences before you can access those other realities and step into a more desirable version of your life you must be able to maintain your frequency your highest clearest vibration and that can only happen when you're present when the lights are on and someone is actually home when you're here in your body grounded on the earth running your full energy through every cell and fiber of your being so now i'm going to give you a practice and this is what you can try after this talk ends and it's super simple but it will change everything it will change the course of your life if you actually do it so the first thing is as soon as this talk finishes before you move on to the next thing pause just take a pause take a moment and ask yourself where is my awareness right now and really feel into your body and figure out are you here or has your mind already jumped ahead to what's next simply notice and take a deep breath in feeling the air fill your lungs feeling your belly expand and as you exhale feel yourself settling fully into this moment into your body then starting tomorrow morning i want you to consider making this a daily practice before you reach for your phone before you start planning your day or do anything else ask yourself the question where is my awareness right now really feel into your body and notice are you already thinking about work rehearsing a conversational scenario worrying about something that might happen today or are you actually here in your body in this moment if you notice you're scattered gently bring yourself back take a deep breath in feeling the air fill your lungs your belly expand and as you exhale feel the weight of your body on your bed feel yourself landing back home and feel the lights coming back on then throughout your day make a mental note to pause and ask yourself where is my awareness right now it doesn't matter when you do this throughout the day just have some moments where you check in with yourself where is my awareness right now and the point of this exercise is not to judge or criticize yourself it's simply to notice am i here am i here or am i somewhere else and as you breathe out feel your feet on the ground beneath you feel yourself coming back to the center of your body your energy back into your body perhaps put your attention on your breastbone in the center of your body and just sense your energy coming back coming back home feel your feet on the floor feel yourself occupying the space that you're in and then before you go to sleep at night ask yourself one more time where is my awareness right now simply notice how much of your day you spend actually present versus being scattered not to punish yourself but to become aware awareness is always the first step this practice the simple check-in throughout your day will help you keep your frequency clear it will help keep you grounded keep the lights on and someone home and when you're home to yourself you can sense what's available for you you can feel what's calling you and you can access what's possible so as you go deep into this practice you'll probably notice that your phone is one of the biggest culprits pulling you out of presence you'll catch yourself reaching for it automatically and notice how often you pull into someone else's reality or drama or world and when you become aware of this something interesting happens you'll naturally want to change your relationship with it not from guilt or shame but from recognition that is costing you your power that is keeping you scattered from being home so i'm going to ask you right now where is your awareness as you listen to my words can you feel yourself here in your body in this moment coming home to yourself isn't a one-time event it's a whole practice a thousand small returns throughout each day a choice to be here instead of scattered across time and space and other people's choice when you practice being present grounded and at home you maintain your frequency at its highest vibration you become a clear channel you can sense other timelines other possibilities and the infinite potential that exists right here right now everything you've ever wanted every version of your life you can imagine i want to remind you it all exists in this present moment of now and you can only access it from here from now from inside your body light
