This was such a wonderful and deeply healing heart-opening cacao ceremony meditation✨. I feel so grateful for this guidance through such a beautiful inner journey, dear Caroline. My heart feels truly open, and my sense of healing feels limitless. The ceremony continued in a very natural, expansive way for about an hour after the meditation ended, which made the experience even more profound and embodied. Thank you for holding this space so beautifully and guiding us through this cacao journey. I’m also deeply grateful to the spirit of cacao for its gentle and powerful presence.
