Join Carolyn for a 30-minute, all-levels practice to gently wake up the hips and release tension in the lower body. Through slow, mindful movement and steady breath, you’ll create space, ease tightness and invite more freedom into the surrounding areas of the hips and inner thighs. This is an unhurried practice - less pushing, more softening and bigger breaths throughout. Your hips (and nervous system) will thank you. All levels welcome. A block is recommended.
