Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.
Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times.
Begin by taking in three deep relaxing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you exhale,
Allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Allowing calm and relaxation to shower your head.
Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.
Now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as your hands and fingers relax.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,
Embracing your back,
Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.
And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.
Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.
Now seeing yourself in your special place,
A garden,
A beach or another sacred space that feels special for you.
This is your personal sacred oasis,
A place you can go to at any time for peace,
Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.
Noticing how this space feels today and becoming aware of anything that draws your attention.
Today we are off to the psychic fair.
You walk along your path enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful weather.
And before long you can hear music in the distance as well as smelling a waft of incense and essential oils.
You finally come to your large outdoor fair and as you do you look around feeling at home with the crystals and the books and the people.
And you allow yourself to take everything in.
As you continue to look around there is a beautiful indigo flame burning in the center and this flame is infusing the surrounding area with an indigo hue.
You spend a few moments exploring your psychic fair noticing what draws your attention.
As you continue to walk around you notice that there is a drama playing out with characters or actors that you are familiar with.
This drama represents an aspect of your psyche that requires healing.
I will leave you here for a few moments now as you watch the drama.
As the scene ends you know that you have the infinite wisdom to heal this drama.
You share your wisdom with the characters and you watch as they integrate this new knowledge.
Thanking these characters now for listening to your wisdom you continue to walk around a little becoming aware of any changes now that this drama is healed.
You also notice that you are drawn to a particular stall.
What is this stall?
Converse with any of the people around this stall.
Thanking them for their time today they give you a gift and you graciously accept the gift.
If it's a box you open it.
It is now time to leave the fair.
You walk back towards your path and back to your sacred space and then spending a few moments reflecting on what you just saw and the conversations you had and then turning your awareness back to your sacred space.
Becoming aware of any changes and then slowly bringing your awareness back into the room where you're in.
Back into your body slowly stretching as you take in three deep grounding and awakening breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and opening your eyes when you're ready.
