Open the Prana and regulate your nervous system. Five minutes of inhaling for the count of 6 & exhaling for the count of 12. Come into your being with calmness and stress relief. Breathwork has been proven to reduce anxiety and nurture your soul. I recommend breathwork be done on an empty stomach. Enjoy & return as often as needed!

Regulate,

And breathe.

We're going to be doing a five minute one to two ratio breath work.

The pranayama,

The life force of prana.

Find a comfortable sitting position for you,

And let's begin to relieve some of our anxiety.

That's the inhale,

That's the exhale.

Inhale to six,

Exhale 12.

This does generate heat in the body,

Yet cools your nervous system.

Enjoy,

And come back,

And listen as often as you need to.
