Fears are used to protect us and keep us safe,
But some are the result of belief systems and past experiences that don't necessarily keep us safe,
That can hinder our ability to flow through life with greater ease and towards the things that we love.
Let's do this short practice of allowing and accepting our fear,
As well as stepping into power with our fear.
Begin by relaxing and taking a couple of deep breaths,
Softening your mind and arriving in your heart center,
A space of pure love,
Allowing and accepting your fear.
Instead of our fear being an enemy,
It can simply be an acquaintance.
We do this by not having a story about our fear,
By not thinking and labeling our fear when it arrives in our mind and body,
But by being with our fear.
You're not the fear,
You're the one holding it or witnessing it.
Let's allow your fear to exist now,
Without judgment,
Shame,
Guilt,
Or pressure to change it.
Simply allowing it to exist is an act of acceptance.
Begin in your heart space and be with the fear now.

Let's take control and use your free will with fear.
This is a process of stepping into your power and reprogramming your beliefs around this fear.
You do have power with your fear,
Even if you feel powerless.
It may take time to step into that power,
Or it can happen instantly.
How do you want to respond and react when faced with this fear?
Imagine it,
Visualize it,
And feel it now.
Wonderful.
Return to your heart space once again.
Release the fear,
Or old fear,
And come back fully to rest in the center of love within you.
You are love at your core.
