Welcome.
To this guided meditation where we are going to be supporting you in releasing what's no longer serving you.
Softening its grip,
Softening its hold.
Softening your hold on it.
And then we'll be.

Bringing out those energies that you're ready to manifest,
Those feelings that you're ready to feel more of,
Those beliefs.
That you are ready to engage in fully in your life.
Throughout,
I'll also be doing some Reiki,
So offering some energetic support for you as we go through this process.
I invite you to sit or lay down,
Whatever feels the most comfortable for you.
Check in with your body.
And see what feels good today.
We invite you to close your eyes.
Think of your eyelids as soft,
Fuzzy,
Warm blankets,
Bringing comfort to your eyes and inviting them to rest.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
And simply notice,
Does it feel open?
Does it feel restricted or closed?
And we invite some openness and warmth here in the heart.
Open to receiving love.
Your higher self.
And support from me to you as well.
Let's begin by relaxing.
Noticing your breath.
Entering your body holding no judgment in your breath,
Simply being aware of it for this moment.
And inviting and expansive Letting it fill your chest and your belly.
Softly,
Gracefully.
Inviting expansion into your being with each inhale and with each exhale a gentle release Bring your awareness.
Your scalp now.
Notice if there's any tension here.
We invite that tension to melt away down into the earth.
As it softens your mind.
Relaxing your thoughts,
Dream.
Creating a bit of spaciousness here.
Noticing the muscles of your face Is there anywhere we are clenching?
We're feeling restricted and tight.
Can we relax these areas of the face just with our intention?
Bringing our awareness to them.
Becoming aware of your neck.
Inviting a softness here.
Any tension you've carried from your day.
Can we relax the muscles around the spine?
Invite an openness in your throat chakra.
Letting the breath wash through the throat.
Releasing any heaviness from this area.
Coming to the tops of your shoulders.
Here's where we carry a lot of tension.
A lot of pressure and weight.
Release the weight release the tension let your shoulders naturally fall from your ears melting towards the earth.
As you're here in this moment,
It's nothing we need to carry or hold.
No responsibilities.
Right now.
We can put them down.
Letting that wash down your arms,
Your hands and your fingertips.
A warm,
Relaxing energy.
Feeling it move into your chest and your heart center.
You can visualize a light here expanding.
Bringing love.
Bringing a sense of peace to your chest.
And if there's any heaviness.
Any restrictions?
Send that light there with your breath.
Coming around to the back side of your body,
Your upper back,
Your shoulder blades.
Let a warmth flow here.
A gentle surrender.
And letting that slide down the spine and your middle back and your lower back.
Bringing full rest.
To these postural muscles.
Opening you to the grand universe that wants to support you and has your back.
Surrendering to that universe.
Letting a softness wash into your belly,
Your abdomen.
Love and acceptance here.
Washing into your hips your pelvis bringing a sense of freedom.
Of openness and allowing.
Equanimity and non-judgment.
And it slowly glides down your legs so into your thighs bringing this sense of relaxation,
Letting the muscles deeply rest in this moment.
Touching your knees,
Your lower leg.
Your feet.
Your full body now aware of a flow of relaxation from your head all the way down to your toes No part of you goes untouched with this loving awareness.
And if any part of your body is holding tension,
Bring your awareness to it.
Your loving awareness.
It may shift simply by being aware of it and holding space for it.
You may wish to send your breath there.
Breathing intentionally into that area.
Intention is everything.
Let's call your awareness now to the heart center becoming aware of the center of your chest,
Where your heart chakra lies and we carry our emotions.
I'm going to spend a moment just noticing what's arising here,
Noticing if we're feeling anything.
Without thought,
Without judgment,
Just.
.
.
Spending some time with our precious heart.
As they are.
They may carry things from today or it may be the time that they want to reveal things from your past that you've been holding.
Just be with whatever arises.
Notice if there are any emotions that are destructive.
Heavy.
Chaotic or Create a sense of unease within you.
Let's simply be with these emotions.
With a very gentle awareness.
Not trying to push them away.
Or force them to change.
Just by giving them the space they need to feel honored by you,
To feel seen by you.
Often this is what's needed in the heart for emotions to complete their journey.
Just to be held.
Just to be seen and recognized.
Be with your lovely,
Uncomfortable emotions now.
Holding no judgment,
Not needing to label them.
Simply being the one who is aware of them.
Of your beautiful heart and its capacity to feel its capacity to guide you.
All emotions have a purpose.
And support us.
But there may come a time where they're no longer supporting us.
And we can let them go.
Make space for new ones to arise that reflect where we are today.
And if there's discomfort with this,
Trying not to label that either.
Just being with that discomfort.
And then the emotions rise on their own.
And leave whenever they're ready.
I'm going to bring your awareness up now to your beautiful mind.
Your beautiful brain.
In your deeply rooted beliefs.
Are there thoughts or beliefs that you hold that no longer align with you?
Maybe they reflect an older version of you.
And not your wisest,
Most loving self.
What are those beliefs?
What are those thoughts?
Those unsupportive ones.
Unwholesome one.
Become aware of them now.
Let them rise within your mind.
And hold them through the eyes of love.
Without judgment,
With true equanimity.
Don't need to say if it's good or bad it can just be existing as it is and you can simply be the one who is aware of them.
Allowing the beautiful witness of your soul help release them.
With the impermanence of their being.
Naturally and softly.
Clouds drifting in the sky,
So too are our thoughts.
And so too can be our beliefs.
Letting them pass like the clouds in the sky.
You are the sky,
Not the cloud.
Beautiful.
I'm going to touch on your habits now.
Are there patterns that you return to that are unsupportive?
Completely misaligned with who you feel that you are today.
Who you really are.
Things that you do that don't raise you up.
And instead bring you down in the long run.
Be kind and gentle with yourself.
Like a warm and inviting friend.
Allow yourself to become aware of these habits.
And let your awareness be the light that gently and lovingly softens your grip.

The hold,
Surrendering the happiness.
Notice how you're feeling after the clearing.
Do you feel more spacious,
More clarity?
Or is it possible some things have arisen?
And they're now in your line of sight.
Things we may have missed for some time or been avoiding.
Simply noticing where you're at without judgment.
Life is a journey not a destination.
Now we're going to fill these spaces that we've created.
Beginning with your heart.
What are your intentions for your heart?
What feelings are you ready to cultivate more of in your life?
Find those within you now.
Feel them within your heart.
We don't need an experience to be used as a reason to feel something.
We can feel anything at any time.
In our own volition.
And if that's difficult to do,
Pull on a memory in the past where you felt that feeling.
Help it spark the light within your heart.
I hope it light the fire.
Let these beautiful positive feelings Radiate.
Shining them brightly,
Feeling them fully,
Powerfully.
Feeling the exact quality that you want to cultivate more of in your life.
We let that expand into your being.
Touching all parts of you.
Shining into your past,
Future.
Radiating from you now.
Radiant.
Moving to your mind what thoughts and what beliefs are you ready to encompass to illuminate to shine into your mind and into your world.
Let them rise to your mind now,
These beliefs and thoughts that you are ready.
To firmly root into your mind.
Shining them brightly and firmly through your being.
And what habits now are you ready to embrace?
What path are you ready to walk?
How are you going to walk that path?
Envision yourself.
Committing to your journey in the way that you want to embark on your journey.
The quality in which you want to live.
The loving habits you wish to create,
Envisioning it as if it already is right now.
Fully and wholly.
Feel that in your body.
And truth circulating within you.
Integrating with your DNA.
Recalibrating your being.
Taking some deep breaths.
Coming fully into your body.
Fully into your being.
And connecting to the earth beneath you now as we ground pulling this 5D self into the 3D self.
Connecting to the energy of the earth beneath you.
Sensing the soil of the earth receiving you.
And your energy like roots.
Of a vibrant tree.
Planting itself firmly.
Being held,
Being supported,
Being loved and nurtured by the earth.
Feeling strong.
Feeling your wisdom.
Feeling at peace.
And accepting the things that Maybe don't bring peace for you.
Being the awareness of those.
Letting go of our hold on those things that make us uncomfortable.
Grounding ourselves in our deepest,
Wisest self.
In our living heart.
We shine.
May you go on to shine in each day,
Radiating your most beautiful qualities of self.
