Welcome to another beautiful day.
This guided 10-minute morning meditation will help you set the tone for your day so you become centered,
Empowered,
And create the day you desire.
So come into a comfortable position for meditation and get settled sitting with a straight spine,
Hands in your lap if that's comfortable,
And gently close your eyes and turn your awareness inward.
And as you turn your awareness inward just become aware of your breath and start to take a deep inhale and exhale gently without forcing the breath.
Slow easy inhales and exhales just inviting the breath and energy into your being.
Breathing in energy,
Prana,
The life force that moves on the breath and feel it moving throughout your body as you breathe in and out,
Letting go of thoughts or worries of the future or past.
Deep inhales,
Gentle easy exhales.
This is your time to be in this moment and prepare for the day.
And for the next four cycles let's try a little pranayama.
You will breathe in for a count of four,
Hold for a count of seven,
And out for a count of eight.
So first exhale completely and now breathe in two three four hold two three four five six seven exhale two three four five six seven eight.
And now continue at your own pace for just three more cycles.
And take a moment to see how you're feeling and be aware of the positive life-affirming energy that's radiating and moving through your body from your breath to your energy centers,
Waking you up and energizing you from head to toe.
Now let your breath move naturally with easy inhales and slow exhales.
With each breath you feel the prana,
The life force filling your body and exhaling any tension you may be experiencing.
And take some time to connect with your breath feeling that life force energy.
As you breathe become more and more energized with each breath you take becoming wide awake and full of energy.
Feeling that energy moving from head to toe.
Allow the energy to grow and expand and encourage that energy to fill your whole being becoming more and more energetic awake and alive.
And just allow yourself some time to accept this beautiful energy throughout your entire being and know you're being filled with a sense of renewal as you take some important time to yourself to prepare for your day.
And allow your mind to be still for now so later on you will clearly focus on whatever it is you need to do.
You will focus with a clear balanced and quiet mind.
And just continue to invite your mind to be present in this moment clearing it of thoughts allowing them to move through but not holding on to them.
Anything that didn't get done yesterday or needed to be done today can wait for now.
All of the outside world can wait.
This is your important time to consciously take charge and create your day.
And keeping your awareness on your breath connect with your heart feeling deep peace in your heart deep peace in yourself.
You might even want to place your hands over your heart to feel that connection.
And now think of three things you're grateful for in this moment at the beginning of this beautiful day and let that feeling of gratitude and joy wash over your body with each thought of thankfulness feeling deep peace and love with your whole being.
And I'll give you just a few moments to think of those three things you're grateful for right now.
Now begin to visualize yourself moving through your day seeing the day going even better than you have imagined.
Maybe set an intention for the day how you want it to be what you might want to accomplish and know that you'll make the most out of every situation and handle it with confidence and dignity.
The universe is on your side.
Every day you're given a new opportunity to be how you want to be.
So see only opportunities coming your way as you set your intention for the day.
Today right now in this moment you are alive and you have all the energy strength and passion you need to feel yourself completely recharged and confident.
You begin to look forward to the day and feel inspired and revitalized.
You can stay in this space for as long as you need and when you're ready take your hands on your heart again and thank the universe for another beautiful day of life and open your eyes to the day you have created.
