In this short guided meditation and breath session, we will pause for one minute of deep breathing. This allows us to calm the nervous system and take us out of fight or flight mode. With just one minute of breath, we can change the course of our day. So take a moment, and breathe with me.

Welcome to your one minute of breath.

So sit back,

Relax,

Close the eyes,

And breathe with me.

Deep breath in through the nose and hold at the top.

And let it all out,

Slowing the breath down,

Releasing through the mouth,

Breathing into the belly.

Another one,

Deep breath in,

Hold at the top.

Just check in with your energy.

Where are you right now?

And release,

Letting anything go that is needed.

And one more,

Deep breath in,

Deepest one you'll take all day.

Hold it at the top with intention of relief.

And let it all the way out,

Slow and steady.

Ah.

Thank you for breathing with me.
