Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Today we're going to spend some time connecting to your heart chakra.
Opening up the heart chakra.
Allowing you to open up to the infinite abundance of the universe.
Allowing you to receive love and give love.
Allowing you to go out about your day feeling open to receive,
Open to give.
Feeling like you're belonging here.
Like you belong here.
You deserve to receive all of the abundance that the universe is offering you.
When our heart chakra is closed we struggle to give.
We struggle to show up in the world as our truest self.
We may be holding on to frustration or anger or disappointment.
So today let's relax.
Let's open up this heart chakra.
Let's receive all the love and kindness the universe has to offer.
So I want you now to close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Just allowing yourself to drop into this moment.
Dropping into this space.
Dropping into your body.
Giving yourself permission to relax,
To open,
To release and to receive.
So connecting to your breath.
Watching your breath.
Witnessing your breath.
Allowing it to come in through your nose.
Watching it go all the way down to your belly.
And making its way back out into the universe.
Taking a couple of breaths here.
Really witnessing and watching that breath.
I want you now to take your hand and place it on your heart space.
Start to feel your heartbeat.
Feel this beautiful rhythm of your heartbeat.
Connect to that.
You might feel it all around your body.
You might feel it just in your heart space.
Just connect into that rhythm of the heart.
Whilst you have your hand on your heart,
I want you to breathe in a beautiful white healing light into your heart space.
Breathing in this beautiful white light and letting it make its way all around your heart.
Filling your heart with this cleansing light.
Filling your heart with love and kindness.
And as you breathe in this beautiful white light with each out breath,
I want you to imagine your releasing any pain,
Any frustration,
Any anger,
Any disappointment.
Breathing in this beautiful white light and breathing out anything that needs to be released.
Continue breathing in this healing light.
Breathing out any restriction that you have.
Anything that you are holding onto that you want to release.
Allow it to go now.
Breathing it out.
Breathing in light.
Breathing out frustration.
Breathing in light.
Breathing out frustration.
Breathing in light.
Breathing out restriction.
Breathing in light.
Breathing out resistance.
I want you to take a moment now to repeat these affirmations after me.
I am love.
I am loved.
I am kind.
I am generous.
I am needed.
I am whole.
I belong.
I am open to receiving.
I am just sitting here for a moment connected to this heart space.
Filling your heart full of gratitude.
Full of unconditional love.
Full of healing light and open to all of the abundance the universe has to offer.
Breathing in abundance.
Releasing gratitude out into the world.
Taking one deep breath here.
