This is Charlotte and I'll be your guide today.
Today we're going to be focusing on welcoming in that beautiful full moon in Taurus.
During this guided meditation,
We're going to focus on the energy of Taurus.
It's amplified right now for this full moon,
Which is also a partial lunar eclipse.
Taurus is connected to strength,
Stability.
Taurus also rules the neck and the shoulders.
So today we're going to focus our energy on the throat chakra.
But before we do that,
Let's dive into some of the energy here in this full moon in Taurus.
The beautiful,
Strong,
Stable energy of this full moon in Taurus is amplified by the beginning of this eclipse season.
If you've felt really stirred up or emotional during this Scorpio season,
Maybe you've been questioning,
Questioning everything your life choices or your direction.
This full moon will help you feel more grounded,
Feel more stable in your decisions and your next steps.
Taurus gives us the opportunity to gather information of what ways our routine and our stability and speaking our truth can help us to work towards our desires.
This is the perfect time to alchemize your desires into the tangible form,
Giving you the opportunity to stand in your truth,
To be brave and to take the necessary steps towards the thing that is your desire or your vision and to bring that into reality.
Taurus rules the sixth chakra,
The throat chakra,
The videsudha chakra.
Taurus also is connected to our shoulders.
So our shoulders,
We tend to hold a lot of weight,
A lot of tension.
So now is the opportunity for you to go and get that massage,
To release some of that tension.
But it's also a beautiful opportunity to open the throat chakra,
To speak your truth,
To be seen,
To be heard,
To talk about the things that you care about with freedom.
So let's settle in.
Get comfortable.
You can sit or lie down,
Making sure you're comfortable grabbing a blanket or an extra cushion and just settling in here.
Feeling yourself,
Begin to relax,
Begin to ground.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Breathing in through our nose,
Watching that breath as it makes its way down to your belly and letting it back out again.
Let's do that one more time.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and back out again.
Just focus now on your breath.
Witness your breath.
Watch how gracefully it floats in and back out again with no effort on your part.
And as we focus on our breath,
Let's focus on our throat,
The base of your neck,
The throat chakra.
And breathing into that space.
So as you breathe in,
Watch the breath penetrate the base of your neck,
The base of your throat.
And as you do that,
With each inhale,
Watching the breath connect to the throat and light up this beautiful blue colour,
The blue of the throat chakra.
Keep watching and witnessing the breath as it vibrates in your throat chakra and lights up the beautiful blue.
And with each inhale,
That colour blue gets wider,
It gets brighter and it really starts to open up this area of your throat.
Allowing this throat now to come alive,
To open,
Allowing it to vibrate.
When we open the throat,
We allow our voice to be heard,
We allow our truth to be heard and we open up the opportunity to be seen.
The vibration of the throat chakra is ham.
Ham.
So let's take this deeper.
Our mantra today is om ham ritam.
Om ham ritam.
Om,
The vibration of the universe.
Ham is our vibration of the sixth chakra,
The throat chakra.
Ritam is the rhythm of the universe.
Om ham ritam.
The rhythm,
The vibration of the throat and the vibration of the universe connected as one.
Beautiful,
Powerful mantra.
So this mantra,
You can repeat it silently to yourself.
Allow it to be your anchor during this practice.
Allow it to work its magic on your throat chakra.
You can sit silently,
Repeating the mantra and if physical sensations,
Ideas,
Thoughts come in to your mind,
Just let them go and come back to the mantra.

Just sit gently with your eyes closed.
You can release the mantra.
Taking a deep breath in here,
Through the nose and releasing that.
And let's take one more deep breath here and letting that go.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.

So maybe during this Taurus full moon,
You can sit with your ideas,
With your desires and start to work towards a routine or some tangible steps that you can take towards these desires,
Towards your vision.
