Your daily reminder to be good to yourself and others.

My name's Zola,

And together we're gonna breathe in the good,

Breathe out the bad,

And use words to remind ourselves of our worth.

Has there ever been a time when you've had to move houses,

Go to a new school,

Or maybe even welcome a new member into the family?

These modifications to our lives may make us feel anxious.

When we don't know what to expect,

Things can feel incredibly stressful.

Today's charm words are about keeping an open mind and having faith.

Our lives are always evolving,

Nothing ever stands still.

And when we feel scared,

We can remind ourselves that all new things aren't bad.

Sometimes they can even improve our lives.

Let's do some belly breathing,

Then we'll do our affirmations.

When you breathe in,

Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.

Once your belly fills up like a balloon,

Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Take a gentle,

Deep breath slowly through your nose,
