My name is Christine Kutlowski and I invite you for this message to find a comfortable blanket to snuggle under.

There's something special about getting cozy under a blanket on a cold night.

These precious pieces of fabric evolved from simple coverings made of animal skins and plant materials to the diverse and luxurious blankets we have today.

Now that you've found the perfect blanket get cozy.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Allow yourself to sink into the softness that surrounds you and comforts you.

Take another deep breath in and as you exhale release any thoughts that might be running through your mind.

Just embrace the soothing rhythm of your breath and allow any stress to dissipate.

For the next few minutes you can enjoy the journey inward.

You are protected and you are secure within the folds of your blanket.

This blanket is a reflection of your life.

Just as a fabric has smooth and rough areas your life has had its ups and downs.

The lightness of the fabric floats freely just as there have been moments of lightness and joy in your life.

There are times of darkness restriction and complexity just as there are intricate folds in areas of darkness.

Visualize your blanket and how the landscape of it mirrors your life.

Yes the fabric is knit and connected so are your life's experiences.

Freedom can be found within the movements and very textures of your life.

If you allow yourself to recognize and appreciate both the light and the dark times all of life's events are interconnected and they make you who you truly are.

Sense internal peace for yourself and also notice if your soul is growing with curiosity.

Transformation can be present through the acceptance of calm and subdued experiences just as much as the growth and hectic experiences.

Take a long deep breath in and as you exhale turn inward to the sound of your heart.

Turn into a deep knowing that whether you are softly wrapped or tightly bound all is well.

Sink deeper into your internal peace.

As you do allow curiosity of your soul to grow choose expansion of love optimism and a willingness to feel present.

Let your thoughts go to the sky and drift to thoughts of abounding stars and the vastness of the unknown.

Your imagination can have you lying on a soft blanket over green grass.

You could also look to the sky to see a feather like cloud that rolls along the blue sky.

Allow your imagination to soar.

That is where freedom is present.

Think of the blanket of snow that covers a mountainside or a blanket of leaves hovering over the forest ground.

A blanket of water flowing through the growing stream.

The morning dew blanketing the grass.

Within all of the folds of these blankets you find quiet and peaceful places.

Think of how your life's events are interconnected woven together and knit into the fabric of your being and how the many blanketed landscapes mirror your life.

Feel the expansion of your dreams and wishes.

Yes you are warmly wrapped within this blanket.

So breathe deeply.

Breathe deeply into the spaces within your mind and remind yourself that life breathes below blankets.

Think how clearly you can see the types of blankets that have held you during your life's experiences and how every place and space has been intricately woven as a genuine gift for you.

All of life's experiences have been your gift.

It's reassuring to know that you have been wrapped safely all along.

Let's shift and adjust.

Move with ease.

Slowly wiggle your fingers.

Rotate your ankles and roll to your side to rest more.

Roll to your back and sit up.

It's time to unwrap yourself and rise.

You are fully present and fully aware of the significance of this moment and the gifts present within each fold of your life.
