Explore MeditationChristine began meditating in 2005 as part of her Tai Chi practice. Over the years she’s developed a moving meditation she uses with kids and has coined YogaQi. She’s brought YogaQi, mindfulness and meditation to her local Episcopal church and to kindergarten through 5th grade students at the local elementary school. She is driven to share these tools with everyone from kids to older adults. She is especially interested to provide these stress and anxiety reducing resources to tweens, teens, and young adults.
