Walk and feel that soft,

You start to notice in the distance.

That there is an opening in the trees.

Above you is a forest.

You start to walk towards this gateway.

As you come closer to the entrance,
You look up towards the leaves bustling.

In the wind,
And you greet the forest.

Holding your palms out in front of you.
.
.
Sending out a clear image to all the animals in the forest that you are about to enter.

Make it known that you would like your pathway to be clear.
.
.
Now announce your name into the forest and hear her invite you in.

Breathe.
.
.
Connect in with the rhythm of your heartbeat.
.
.
And smile.
.
.
Radiating out the loving healing energy through your body.
.

As you walk barefoot along the branches and the soil.
.
.
The rotting leaves,
The bone,
The bugs.
.
.
Just take in your surroundings.
.
.
Notice any sensations arising within you as you walk deeper.

.
And deeper into the forest.
.
.
You can begin to hear the sound of a bird's melody.
.
.
And listen to the quality of this bird's song.
.
.
The feeling that arises within you.
.
.
And follow it.
.
.
Allowing this bird to reveal itself to you.

And let it guide you into the forest.

Take a moment to acknowledge its feathers.
.
.
Its facial features.
.
.
And its language towards you.
.
.
And smile to this bird.

Trusting the process.
.

Knowing that it's leading you to where you need to be.

In this moment now.

Start to see your path clearing.

And you begin to approach an ancient grandmother tree.

As you approach her you tread gently.

Standing before her and looking all the way up.

High into the sky where her branches blossom.

Where her leaves rustle in the wind.

And you smile up at her.

Moving your head once again all the way down.

From her leaves to her branches.

To her trunk deeply down towards the ground.

Where her body reaches the soil.

And she digs deep into the earth with her roots.

Approach her and embrace her.

Hug her.

Feel her comforting you.

Smile.

Allow her like an ancient mother to receive you.

Soften into her.
.
.
Allow her to draw out.
.
.
Or that's no longer serving you.

To fill you.

With deep compassionate love.

Feeling your entire body melt into the earth.

When you're ready.

Notice that there is a young child.

Around you.

This is your inner child.

Take a moment to greet him or her.

And notice any sensations arising.

Now reach your hand out to your inner child.

Let them take you and lead you deeper into the forest.

Take a moment to acknowledge the path that you are walking.

Just like your inner child.

Breathe everything before your eyes with wonderment.

As if it was the first time.

To see such glory.

And now your child has brought you.

To its magical space in the forest.

This will look different for everyone.

So just take a moment to soak it in.

Your inner child will be asking you to witness him or her.

Completely comfortable in their element.

Playing,
Creating,
Being joyful and light.

Allow this feeling to wash over you.

Just witness them.

You might want to even partake.

And just notice any sensations arising within you.

What are you being led to do.

To embody,
To feel?
When you've had sufficient time now.

Take your inner child by the hand.

And ask them to show you.

What brings them pain.
.
.
Take a moment here.

And feel into where they guide you.

Acknowledging the pathway.
.

And the sensations arising within you.

This aspect may feel uncomfortable.

But give yourself a moment.

For your inner child to reveal to you.

Or his deepest pain.
.

Taking your surroundings.
.

Allow the experience to wash over you.

Now when you're ready.

I invite you to take your inner child by the hand.

And you lead your inner child along a path in the forest.

To a space that feels peaceful.

Sit your inner child down.

Stare them in the eye.
.

With a smile.

Completely acknowledging and witnessing them.

All that they are.

Thank them.

For showing up.

And tell them that you're always present and available to hear their messages and insight.

Offer them a little gift before you go.
.
.
And acknowledge what comes from your palm and into theirs.

This will be a reminder for you when you choose to journey again with your inner child.

That you can ask them to return the gift.

To ensure that it's truly them you are engaging with.

Notice the rhythm of your heartbeat.

And call upon your bird to guide you out of the forest.

Hear the melody arrive and follow it.

Once again being guided by the feathers,
The facial features and the body language of the bird.

Noticing any sensations arising within you as you walk away from your inner child.

Fully embodied and moving back towards the ocean.
.
.
Feel your feet pressed up against the earth.
.
.
Touching the leaves,
The rocks,
The soil,
The roots,
The bones.

.
Smell the moss and the rocks.
.
.
The water running through the forest.
.
.
The clear crystal smells of the ocean now become more fragrant.

That salty air wiffling through.
.
.
Just now walk towards the waves as you hear the sound of them crashing against the shore.

Leading you closer towards the entrance.
.
.
And as you exit the forest.
.
.
Thank her.
.
.
And return back onto the sand.

Feeling the soft silky texture beneath your feet.

And just slowly walk towards the ocean.

Just give yourself time to acknowledge your experience.
