Transcript

A guided meditation.

Come to a cross-legged position on the floor,

Or maybe a seated position with your feet flat on the floor.

And we're just going to think about our breathing.

We're not going to try to change it.

We're just going to focus on your breathing.

And just let all your worries go by.

Put it in a bubble,

And let that bubble just float away.

Just breathe.

Don't try to change it.

Don't try to change it.

And then we're going to do some cleansing breaths.

Seven,

Seven,

Seven.

You're going to breathe in for the count of seven,

Hold for the count of seven,

And then exhale for the count of seven.

So let's try it together.

Let's breathe in for the count of seven.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Hold one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

And exhale for seven.

And just keep that going.

Breathe in divine white light,

And then exhale all the lower energies.

And just keep that breathing going.

And then command that you are now grounded.

I am now grounded.

And do one more cleansing breath.

All right.

Now I want you to think of your favorite space outside in nature.

Maybe it's in the woods,

The forest,

Your yard.

Maybe it's the beach or a park.

And take yourself there in your mind's eye.

Have a seat on the ground,

Barefooted,

Cross-legged position.

And we'll start our meditation.

So we're sitting there cross-legged,

And in our right hand we have a bouquet of seven balloons,

All different colors.

We're going to take our left hand,

And we're going to take that red balloon and hold it in our left hand.

And in your mind's eye,

Try to vision the color red,

Red as could be.

Red as an apple,

The color red.

Red as could be.

Red.

Red is for your root chakra,

Your base chakra.

So be aware how your whole body feels.

Maybe you feel tingling or warmth all over.

Maybe you don't see the red right away.

That's okay.

Try this meditation on your own.

It will come.

But just be aware of your body.

Maybe you're feeling the tingling,

The warmth.

When you see that red,

Just let that red balloon go to the sky.

And now take your left hand,

And let's take that orange balloon,

And let's hold that orange balloon by the string in your left hand.

And let's try to vision the color orange.

Orange as orange can be.

Orange is the color of your sacral chakra,

Which is right below your belly button.

So be aware how that area feels.

Right now I'm not seeing orange,

But I can feel my sacral area.

So just be aware of your body.

And just know everything's fine.

The colors will come.

And then when you see that orange,

Just let that balloon go to the sky.

And then with your left hand,

Let's take that yellow balloon and hold it in your left hand.

Yellow,

The color yellow.

Yellow as the sun.

Yellow.

Yellow is the color of your solar plexus,

Which is your stomach.

So take note how your stomach feels.

And then try to vision that yellow,

That color yellow.

But if it doesn't come right away,

It's all right,

It will.

Yellow.

And then just let that balloon go.

Nice.

You're going to take your left hand,

And you're going to grab that green balloon and hold that green balloon in your left hand.

Green is for your heart chakra.

Green.

Green as the grass.

So take note how your heart feels.

And then try to vision that green color.

And it takes time.

It takes time.

Green as the green grass.

And keep breathing,

Too.

Once you see that green,

Let that balloon go.

And now you're going to take your left hand and grab that,

Like a blue,

A blue color,

Maybe.

Like the sky,

Maybe a little bit more indigo blue.

We'll just call it blue.

So let's grab that balloon,

That blue balloon.

And just think of the color blue.

Blue is for the throat chakra.

So be aware how your throat feels.

Mine just tightened up as I said it.

And then I saw the blue.

And let that balloon go.

The next balloon we're going to grab is the purple,

A purple balloon,

My favorite color.

And hold that purple balloon in your left hand.

And try to vision that purple color.

Purple.

Purple is for the brow area,

The brow chakra.

The third eye area.

So try to vision that purple or take note how your brow area feels.

And when you see that purple,

Let that balloon go.

You're holding one more balloon in that right hand.

You're going to grab that balloon.

Maybe it's like a violet color or magenta,

A little bit of white.

So just think of,

Let's call it magenta.

I like that color.

Magenta.

Magenta.

You're going to hold that balloon.

That's for your crown chakra,

The top of your head.

So take note how the top of your head feels.

Your crown chakra.

Magenta.

The last balloon.

And if you don't get magenta,

Think of the color you're getting.

It could be violet,

White.

Right now I'm seeing magenta.

And once you see that magenta color,

Let that balloon go.

Those are the colors of your chakras.

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Purple,

And magenta.

And just try to repeat this and see if the colors will come to you.

Or just be aware of those centers,

Those chakra centers.

And thank you.

Had a strangely calming effect on me (in a good way and welcomed). The colours that I found came up strongest were purple and blue. I’m bookmarking this one. Thank you.

This is very sweet. Next time, I suggest dampening the room so it’s not a harsh sound. Be closer to the mic so your voice is more intimate to the listener.
