Welcome to today's guided meditation which is intended to shift you from a state of fear into a state of faith.
I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
You can either sit or lie down and allow your eyes to gently close and start to tune into the breath.
Feel your breath,
The rise and fall of your breath.
As you slowly letting go of the outside world and come to rest within the space of your body.
And start to observe how fear feels within your body.
What happens to your physical body when you are in this state?
Do you feel numb,
Rigid,
Tired,
Anxious?
Tightness in the body,
Discomfort in your body.
How does it feel?
And see if you can give it a name for this fear.
For example,
Fear blocks me.
Fear numbs me.
Fear makes me anxious,
Disconnects me from myself.
Take a moment to witness what happens in your body.
And how fear is there to protect you from any danger.
So there is nothing wrong with you if you are in a state of fear.
And now I invite you to feel your feet.
Feel your feet.
And feel your perineum,
The space in between the anus and the janitors.
And breathe into your perineum.
And feel here how you are deeply rooted into the earth.
And see here within this space,
I am scared of and what are you scared of?
Be present with the fear.
Sit with it.
Give it space.
Give yourself space to feel the fear.
Without any judgment.
And now I invite you to move from this space into the space of your heart.
The space in between the breast bones.
And observe how it feels to be in this space.
How does your heart feel when there is fear?
And very often the heart feels blocked or closed.
And I invite you now as much as is possible for you to take a deep inhale and feel your heart expanding,
Opening up.
Creating space in your heart.
And as you exhale gently,
Softening this area of your body.
And now feel how your heart is connected to the heart of the divine.
And you can visualize strings of golden light radiating out of your heart and connecting to the heart of the divine.
To consciousness,
To God,
Your higher self,
Whatever is true for you.
And feel how safe you are,
How loved you are.
And as you inhale,
Bring inside your heart faith,
Trust.
And mentally,
You can repeat everything is as it should be.
I trust life itself.
I trust.
I am safe.
I trust I am safe.
Everything is as it should be.
I surrender into this moment.
And whenever fear arises,
I shift myself into a space of trust,
Faith.
If I am scared of something,
I shift it into I trust that everything is okay.
That everything will be okay.
That I am supported by divine love.
Taking a deep breath here.
Sighing out.
And observe how you feel now.
Maybe your state of being has shifted slightly into a state of faith.
If not,
It's okay.
Keep repeating.
Keep trusting.
Keep holding yourself without judgment.
Fear is a normal emotion of the human being.
