So just get comfortable and relax.

And when you're ready,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And just allow yourself to allow the breath to calm and relax you,

Letting go of any tension on the exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just observe your breath coming in and out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just observe the breath.

No judgments.

Just neutrally observing the breath in and out.

Come in one with your breath.

Feeling that connection to your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in calm and peace and breathing out any negative tension,

Any negative stresses,

Anxieties or doubts.

Just letting them go on the exhale.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Observing and letting go with each breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just continue observing your breath and letting go of any thoughts that distract you,

Allowing the breath to slow them down as you release and let go of any distractions.

This is all about your inward journey,

Your inward journey to calm,

Your inward journey to peace.

Breathing in and breathing all distractions out.

And now we're going to move on to the four soul questions and I want you to connect to your heart centre for these questions.

Just feel that connection to them and quietly repeat them to yourself and release them to the universe.

Who am I?

Just release it to the universe.

You don't have to come up with the answer.

Just surrender that question outwards.

Who am I?

What do I want?

Again,

Just releasing it to the universe.

What do I want?

What does my soul really want?

No expectations on the answer.

Just release that question out to the universe.

What is my purpose?

Again,

No expectations,

Just surrender it from your heart centre,

Surrender that question.

What is my purpose?

Again,

No expectations and no judgements.

What is my purpose?

What am I grateful for?

What am I grateful for?

Now allow your mind to take in anything that you are grateful for.

Allow the images to come into your mind without judgement.

Just let them float in.

What am I grateful for?

The simple things in life,

The material things in life,

Loved ones,

Friends.

What am I grateful for?

And I just want you right now to feel that connection to that soul question,

To feel that connection to gratitude,

To those things that you are so grateful for,

That even if things right now are not perfect and not as you want them to really be,

But in your heart and in your life,

There are many things that you are grateful for.

And I just want you to focus on that and fill your heart up with that gratitude for those things.

Just going to go quiet for a moment,

But just focus on that feeling of gratitude right now and let it fill your heart up with love and warmth.

What am I grateful for?

Allow that connection to gratitude.

Allow that fullness in your heart.

As you connect to that feeling of gratitude,

We're going to now connect to that feeling of love,

Empowerment and strength.

As I say these affirmations,

Just silently repeat it to yourself.

Connect into it in your heart centre,

Connect into it from a soul purpose.

Feel that connection to each affirmation.

I am love.

I am calm.

I am peace.

I am strong.

I am joy.

I am powerful.

I am grateful.

I am worthy.

I am valuable.

I deserve happiness.

I embrace love.

I am happy.

Patience lives within me.

Strength lives within me.

Mercy lives within me.

I am safe.

I am healthy.

I am beautiful.

I am wise.

I love my imperfections.

I embrace who I am.

I am unique.

I can manage fear.

I can overcome fear.

I am empowered.

Just feel that connection to your empowerment.

Feel that connection to the light within you.

The love within you.

The peace within you.

I can achieve all things.

I believe in myself.

I am worthy of happiness.

I am worthy of joy.

I embrace all of me,

Body,

Mind and spirit.

Just feel that connection to yourself.

And if any of those affirmations feel special to you,

And you feel a connection,

Then continue quietly repeating a few of them.

Within the silence,

As we affirm,

We strengthen our subconscious.

We empower ourselves.

So if any of those affirmations feel right for you,

For your personal journey,

Right now,

Just quietly repeat them in your mind.

Thank you.

Allow your heart to connect.

Open your heart and believe in each one.

So they are no longer words,

But they're meanings,

Heartfelt meanings,

Truth,

Your truth.

Let them become your truth.

Let them empower you.

Let them encompass you.

And right now,

I want you to stop repeating the affirmations.

And once again,

Really feel that connection to gratitude.

This time,

Not just gratitude for those things and people around you,

But I want you to feel that gratitude for yourself,

That gratitude for who you are in your journey,

And how important you are to you.

Feel that gratitude in your heart.

Talk to that feeling,

That connection to love,

Loving yourself,

And feeling that sense of empowerment for all that you have accomplished in life,

All the hurdles you've overcome,

All the opportunities that you've taken,

All the steps that you've taken to get you to where you are today.

And no matter how difficult any journey has been for each one of you,

You are okay.

You are doing okay.

Just feel that sense of gratitude for yourself,

That sense of love for yourself.

Feel that connection to love in your heart for who you are,

Who you are now,

Who you were before,

And who you'll be in the future as you continue to shine bright.

Each day,

Taking a step towards joy and happiness and personal achievement in everything that you do.

And right now,

Quietly repeating yourself.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Feel that connection in your heart centre to that love that you have within you.

Feel that connection to the inner strength that's within you.

Knowing that your purpose,

Those things that you want from life,

And who you are,

You can achieve so much just by trusting and believing in yourself.

And with love in your heart and gratitude for who you are,

You can and you will achieve so much more.

Right now,

I want you to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Observing your breath.

With your eyes still closed,

Becoming aware of your surroundings.

Continue observing your breath and slowly wiggle your hands,

Fingers and toes.

Becoming aware of the surface that you're lying or sitting on.

Becoming aware of your physical self and taking a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and out.

And take one more deep breath in and out.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
