This is a guided meditation to help you cultivate creativity based out of love for yourself and from the heart.

Go ahead and settle into a nice comfortable seat.

Allow something to be connected to the ground whether you're sitting in the ground or you have your feet on the ground.

I want you to slowly start this practice by grounding into your environment.

Allow the weight of your body just to melt down into the ground.

Whether you feel your feet touch the floor and be held where your whole body is supported by the ground.

Once you have felt this connection to the ground where you truly feel where your body touches the earth,

Gently close your eyes.

Closing your eyes allows you to go inward into the vast space that you are.

Take a nice big breath in,

Filling up your lungs,

Opening your mouth.

Now exhale,

Let it go.

Take another deep breath in.

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Keep tracing your breath,

Following the in and the out.

As your eyes are nice and closed,

Gently and softly,

As you start noticing the ground beneath you,

You begin to feel that you're supported and that you are loved right here in this moment.

Take a big breath in.

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Sigh it out.

Gather another breath in.

Pause.

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Inhale in.

Gently let go.

Allow your breath to fall back into the natural rhythm it wants to create.

And allow yourself just to gently notice your breath.

Recognize how your body moves with the rhythm.

And as you inhale,

You float up.

And as you exhale,

You float down.

Inhaling up towards the sky and exhale,

Relaxing to the earth.

Just keep allowing your body to feel the rhythm of your breath.

Now if thoughts come in,

Which they usually do,

This is our opportunity.

It's an opportunity to push the thoughts away and come back into sensations that you feel around you.

Whether it's the sounds that you hear,

Maybe cars driving by,

Maybe the wind flowing past your ears.

You notice how your feet or your body touch the ground and you take a big breath in.

Exhaling back into the present moment where you have allowed your thoughts just to drift away as you pay attention to your body and how you feel versus what your thoughts are.

This is your opportunity to focus in on what's real.

What's really happening.

And you feel,

You feel that.

You feel what's real.

You tap into the natural rhythms of the earth.

Keep watching your breath.

The ins and the outs.

And knowing that everything that is happening for you in this moment is exactly how it's supposed to be.

Back into your breath.

Feeling your body.

Softening your jaw.

Softening your shoulders.

And just breathing.

There's nothing else that you need to do except for be right here.

That's it.

Focus.

Feel your breath.

Hear the sounds.

Smell all of the sensations.

The only thing you're focusing right now is using your senses.

How things feel.

What they sound like.

Maybe any leftover taste that you have in your mouth.

And the sight is what's within.

The darkness holds the space for you.

Now that you feel grounded and supported,

I want you to come into the idea of that rhythm.

The rhythm you feel when you breathe.

The in and the out that just come so naturally.

That same rhythm is what connects you to the rest of the world,

Of life,

Nature itself.

When you're connected to the natural rhythms of the earth,

You feel whole.

You feel complete.

You feel that you can conquer anything because you know you are here and you know that you can grow and that you can push forward with this great ability of knowing that you're touched and that you're loved by just being in sync and in rhythm with the earth.

Take a big breath in.

Exhale.

Let it go.

Through the rhythm of the earth,

Through sensations that you feel within your body,

You are connected.

And when you're in this rhythm,

Just as the sun rises every morning and as it sets every night,

Whether you see it or you don't,

You know that that rhythm is there.

Just like with your breath.

You don't see it and sometimes you don't acknowledge it.

That rhythm,

It is always there.

And when you tap into the feeling of that rhythm,

You feel peace.

You feel calm.

You feel loved.

And you feel capable.

And you start to feel that burning sensation,

That fire,

That ability to accomplish.

As you feel your rhythm,

You fuel your fire.

Your fire.

Imagine,

Imagine a yellow,

A beautiful bright yellow color stemming from the midsection right in the middle of your stomach.

Breathe in,

Breathe into that yellow,

Breathe it in.

Exhale out any leftover fear.

We are just burning that up.

We are burning up.

Burning into our passion.

Burning into our fire,

Our desire.

We are capable.

You are capable.

You are supported in creation.

You are creation.

And allow this idea that once you tap into the rhythm,

The natural rhythm of feeling your breath,

Hearing the birds,

Hearing your heartbeat,

That's the point.

That's the point you know you can create from the heart.

That's when you have the fire.

That's when you have the passion.

Take a big breath in.

Open your mouth.

Exhale,

Let it go.

Feel.

Notice.

What's your desire?

Feel your desire.

Know that you are supported in achieving your desire.

You can create.

You can get anything you want.

You are the fire.

Feel your rhythm and fuel your fire.

You may notice ideas slowly coming up to the top.

Let them flow.

Let them appear.

Remember that progress,

Not perfection,

Is what we're asking of ourselves.

And that one idea leads to the next idea,

Which leads to the next idea.

And eventually you get to exactly what you want,

Exactly what you crave,

But it doesn't go from zero to a hundred in a second.

You have to put the work in.

The work of one idea leading to the next,

Allow it to flow.

Allow the pattern of the rhythm of the earth to bring you to your fuel and your full desire.

You are the fire.

Your creation is paper or pen,

Go ahead and grab your tools.

If it's a paintbrush,

Grab your tool.

If it's a guitar,

Grab your guitar.

Open your eyes,

It doesn't matter.

You can stay in this space.

So with the ideas flowing through you,

Create.

Create from your heart.

Create your desires.

Be in love with the process,

The process of allowing yourself to create based off of what you feel right now and not judging it.

Loving you,

Loving what you create,

Accepting that this right now is exactly what's going to bring you to the next,

And to the next,

And to the next.

Take a big breath in.

Exhale it out.

Take another breath in.

And on your next exhale,

Create.
