Welcome to the meditation for chakra balancing and healing.

The purpose of this chakra balancing meditation is to open and clear your chakras.

It will align higher frequency energies and also purify and release any stored negative energy from your body and your aura.

This chakra healing meditation will take you on a relaxing journey that cleanses and restores the energy to your chakras while bringing your entire energy system into a state of harmony,

Peace and balance.

Start by finding a comfortable seat in a chair or on the floor with the support of a cushion or meditation stool.

Settle down into your hips allowing your thighs to root down rooting your tail down,

Letting there be an elegant rise to your spine.

Gently closing your eyes start to relax the muscles on your face.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your belly,

Your hips and your lower back.

Tucking your chin in ever so slightly to your lifted chest and heart.

Feeling the support beneath you connect with the ground below and let it take your weight.

Start to notice your natural breath placing your hands in your lap.

Take a nice long deep breath in and a nice long cleansing deep breath out.

Become aware of the sounds around you,

Let them just be there.

Noticing the light and shade,

The air touching the surface of your body.

Start to sense the sky above you and the horizon stretching all the way around you.

The earth below supporting you.

Allow your mind to empty what no longer needs to hold onto.

Let it go,

Let it go flowing out and below.

Allow your body to release what it no longer needs to hold onto.

Let it go flowing out and away.

Draw yourself back from where you've been in your day.

Draw your energies back home to your centre.

Grind yourself in this moment here.

Begin to sense the space around you.

Breathe with the space and become aware of the rise and fall of your breath.

It's coming and going,

The sensation,

The sound,

The temperature.

Breathe down to where the weight of your body rests,

Below the base of your spine,

To your root,

Your chakra of belonging.

This is your first chakra.

Breed into your root chakra.

Let it soften and gently expand on your breath,

Taking in nourishment and life force energy.

Allow your roots to connect down,

Down to the ground below,

Deep into the earth.

And invite in the colour red,

The colour of the earth.

Bade your root chakra with red,

Empowering,

Embodying and grounding you in the here and in the now.

Let your root take what it needs and say the word silently to yourself,

I am here.

I have a right to be here as I am.

The earth supports me.

I am here.

I have a right to be here as I am.

The earth supports me.

When you are ready,

Allow your awareness to move up to your belly,

Just below your navel,

To your hara,

Your chakra of emotional intelligence,

Choice,

Creativity,

Movement and pleasure.

Breed into your hara,

Your second chakra.

Let it gently soften and expand on your breath,

Taking in nourishment and life force energy.

And invite in the colour orange,

The colour of the setting sun.

Bade your hara with orange,

Balancing,

Empowering,

Motivating.

Let your second chakra be fed and say the words,

I honour my needs.

I allow myself to be nourished.

I honour my needs.

I allow myself to be nourished.

And when you are ready,

Move your awareness now up to the soft area below your breastbone.

This is your solar plexus.

This is your chakra of personal power.

Breed into this space here,

Allowing your solar plexus to soften and expand on your breath.

Invite in the colour yellow,

The colour of sunshine.

Bade your solar plexus with sunshine,

Replenishing,

Restoring,

Nurturing,

Allowing your solar plexus to take what it needs here.

Silently saying the words to yourself,

I value myself.

I am enough.

I am more than enough.

I value myself.

I am enough.

I am more than enough.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness up to the centre of your chest,

To your heart,

Your fourth chakra,

Your chakra of self-development and unconditional love.

Gently breathe into your heart space,

Letting it soften and expand on your breath.

Invite in the colour green,

The colour of spring or even rose pink,

Whichever colour feels right for you,

Invite that colour in now to your heart space.

Bade your heart centre with nourishment,

Renewal and healing,

Letting your heart take what it needs here.

And silently saying the words to yourself,

I am greatly loved.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

I am nourished by the power of love.

I am greatly loved.

I allow myself to give and receive love freely.

I am nourished by the power of love.

In your own time,

Start to move up to your neck,

To your throat.

Your fifth chakra,

This is your chakra of self-expression and personal will.

Allow your throat centre to soften,

Expand and breathe,

Inviting in blue,

The colour of the ocean,

The colour of the sky.

Breathe sky and ocean into your throat centre,

Clearing,

Opening and softening the need for control,

Freeing self-expression and creativity.

Allow your throat to take what it needs here and silently say the words to yourself,

I hear and speak my truth.

I express myself freely.

I allow myself to go with the flow of life.

I hear and speak my truth.

I express myself freely.

I allow myself to go with the flow of life.

When you are ready,

Take your focus now up to your forehead,

Between your eyebrows,

To your third eye.

This is your sixth chakra,

Your chakra of wisdom and intuition,

Gently allowing it to soften,

Expand and breathe.

Invite the colour indigo in,

The velvety colour of a night sky,

Baiting your third eye with indigo,

Soothing,

Balancing,

Bringing clarity,

Insight and understanding.

Allow your third eye to take what it needs here and say the words silently to yourself,

Everything is unfolding as a chud.

Everything is folding as it should.

Moving up now in your own time to the top of your head,

To your crown,

Your chakra of oneness,

Allowing your crown to breathe.

This is your seventh chakra.

And gently invite in a light violet colour,

Softly baiting your crown,

Balancing,

Restoring,

Harmonising.

Allow your crown to take what it needs here and silently saying the words to yourself,

I am at one with the universe.

I am at one with the whole.

I am at one with the universe.

I am one with the whole.

When you are ready,

Coming back to yourself as a whole,

Back to the ebb and flow of your breath,

Back to your centre.

Breathe into your belly,

Breathe down into your core and say the words silently to yourself,

I am whole.

I am perfect just as I am.

I am whole.

I am perfect just as I am.

Allow the energy of those words to bathe your body,

Your mind,

Your emotions and your spirit and take what you need.

And in your own time,

Become aware of the air on the surface of your body,

The sounds around you,

Near and in the distance.

And start to close your chakras down now a little,

Just having the intention can be enough here.

So setting that intention now to just close all of your chakras a little.

One by one,

Moving from the crown of your head right down to the base chakra.

And now become aware of the support beneath you,

Noticing how you feel and hold yourself with loving kindness for the beautiful,

Unique being that you are.

When you are ready,

You can start to draw this meditation to a close,

Starting to take some deeper breaths than normal.

Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing yourself back into the present moment and gently opening your eyes and just pausing here for a few moments,

Taking a couple of long,

Slow,

Deep breaths before continuing with your day.

You are now feeling peaceful,

Calm and alert.

I encourage you to use this meditation to relax and relax.

I encourage you to use this meditation time and time again to cleanse and restore the energy to your chakras while bringing your entire energy system into a state of harmony,
