Welcome to this meditation for gratitude and raising your vibration.
I want you to take a moment to find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated in a comfortable chair or lying down,
And gently just close your eyes and allow your body to relax.
I want you to begin by taking a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely,
Right into your stomach,
Feeling your belly rise,
And exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension.
Feel your body begin to relax with each breath,
And I want you to take another deep breath in and out.
With each inhale,
Imagine you are breathing in peace and calm,
And with each exhale,
Letting go of any stress or worries.
Continue breathing deeply and slowly,
Taking another deep breath in,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling your lungs,
And exhaling slowly through your mouth.
Just feeling the tension releasing,
Your body relaxing,
And now I want you to bring your awareness to your body,
Starting with the top of your head,
Feeling a wave of relaxation wash over you,
Allowing this relaxation to flow down through your face,
Down your neck,
Over your shoulders,
Letting go of any tension your body may be holding onto,
Feeling this relaxation moving down into your arms,
Down through your hands,
Into your fingers,
Letting the energy flow down across your chest,
Into your stomach,
Past your hips,
Into your legs,
All the way down to your feet,
Feeling it wash over your entire body,
Allowing your body to be completely relaxed and at ease.
Now I'd like you to bring into your mind something or someone that you are grateful for,
Be a person,
A place,
An experience,
Something simple like the warmth of the sun on your face,
Comfort of your home,
Listening to the birds chirp,
Your child laughing.
Allow yourself just to feel the gratitude deep into your heart,
Staying with this feeling gratitude,
Visualizing it as a golden light glowing out from your heart center,
Seeing it grow brighter and stronger with each breath you take,
Taking another deep breath in,
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
A light from this gratitude from your heart center.
Allow it to represent all the things that you are thankful for,
Completely filling your body with love and joy,
Allowing it to flow over every part of your body,
Letting it expand,
Spreading throughout your body,
Filling every cell with gratitude and love.
And now imagine extending beyond your body,
Surrounding you in the warm glowing bubble of light,
Expand it out as far as you can imagine.
Now I'm going to read you some positive statements,
Affirmations to help raise your vibration deep in your sense of gratitude.
You can repeat these statements after me silently or aloud and just feel into each and every statement.
Every day is a new beginning.
I am a magnet for success and abundance.
I radiate confidence and positivity at all times.
I am fearless in pursuing my goals and with my highest and truest purpose,
I attract abundance and joy into my life.
I'm a magnet for blessings and miracles to come to me daily.
My heart is open for receiving all that is good the universe has to offer.
Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.
I attract new opportunities to me daily.
My life is filled with wealth,
Success,
And so much abundance.
I feel so grateful that my life is filled with such love and joy,
And I am surrounded every day by love and light.
Money flows to me with every opportunity.
My heart is bursting with love each day and with each new experience.
I am the creator of my own destiny.
As you're saying all of these affirmations,
Feel your vibration rising,
Notice how your energy is shifting,
Becoming lighter and brighter,
Free and more joyful.
Feel all of these words right down into your very core,
Into the being of who you are.
I'm going to leave you for a few moments now and sit in this space of gratitude and high vibration,
Feeling your body tingle and feel such relief and such joy.

Take another deep breath in,
Exhaling slowly,
Bringing your awareness back into the room around you,
Wiggling your fingers and your hands,
Gently stretching your body.
Whenever you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
It is my hope that you will carry this sense of gratitude and high vibration into the day with you throughout your day,
Knowing that you can return to this feeling whenever you choose.
