Good morning my friend,
Take a seat,
Get comfortable.
Let's do a quick five minute meditation together to get you started with your day,
Feeling good,
In the right energy,
The right mood.
Once you're sat down,
Straighten your spine so that the energy can flow freely up and down your spinal column as if you're stretching out to clear the channel.
Rest your hands on your lap or on your knees,
Close down your eyes,
Soften your jaw,
Relax your face and your shoulders.
There we go.
Bring your breathing into a nice calm pace,
Slow it down just a little bit and feel the rhythm of your breath as you breathe in and out just for a moment,
Becoming aware of your body,
What your body feels like,
Feeling the connection of your sit bones on the earth or on your pillow,
Wherever you're sat.
See if you can connect to the solidity of your body,
The energy of your body.
If you slow your breathing down just a little bit more,
You might be able to tune into a very slow low vibration that's just humming through your body.
It's very slight,
You really have to feel into yourself,
That feeling,
That sensation is a really perfect reminder that there is life force running through you.
You're alive,
It's another beautiful day,
You're here,
You're breathing and it's nice to have an awareness and gratitude for just that simple fact.
Feel into your breath and your body for a few more moments,
Feel that life force inside of you and then open your eyes and look at your space,
The room around you,
Look down at your hands,
Your palms.
That's you,
You're awesome and you're ready for a wonderful day.
