Relax during the meditation.
Allow your day to just disappear into the background of your mind.
Let your muscles and your body start to get soft and relaxed as you listen to how awesome you really are.
This meditation is all about affirmations.
Affirmations are statements that you say to yourself to help your mind to accept it as a reality.
That means when you say a positive statement,
Your brain starts to believe it and accept it to be true.
So even if in the beginning when you say these statements to yourself,
You don't believe it or you don't feel like it's true,
Don't worry about it.
The more you listen,
The more you say them to yourself,
The more your mind will start to think it's the truth.
Because is the secret.
It really is the truth.
Everything I'm about to say about you is the truth.
Even if you don't believe it right now in this moment,
You'll believe it one day,
I promise.
I have a good heart.
My heart is full of love and compassion for all things.
My heart is a caring heart.
It cares about other people and how they feel.
It cares about animals.
It cares about the planet.
My heart is a very big heart that's filled with love.
My heart even has room in there for all of the love that it could possibly have for me.
My heart loves me too.
Even though it might not look like it sometimes,
I always try my hardest.
I always do the best that I can do.
I always try to be better.
Even if I'm sad or hurt or upset or angry,
I won't be like that for long.
I'm just allowing myself to feel my emotions and then I'll find my happy place once more.
A place where I always try and do my best.
Where I'm always good.
I'm always trying to be good at everything I do.
With my brothers and sisters or family and friends,
I always care about how they feel.
Even if it feels like it's not true sometimes.
Deep down in the bottom of my heart,
I'm always caring about how they feel.

I am passionate.
I am smart.
I am brave.
I am strong.

I like to exercise and make my body feel tired but it feels really really good.

I enjoy making them laugh and smile.
I like attention.
Good attention that makes me feel proud of myself.
I like to be told I am awesome even if I am happy,
Even if I am sad,

I like to be told I am awesome.
I like to snuggle my teddies at night.
I always enjoy a good dream.
I like to watch TV programs that make me laugh a lot and hurt my tummy so much because I am laughing so much.
I like to be carefree with no worries or stress.

See if you can listen to this meditation over and over and over as much as you possibly can until you believe every single statement that I said.
Even if it doesn't feel like it is true in the beginning,
Just keep listening.
Allow your brain to start to believe and know that all of it is true.
