Hello my friend,
This meditation is what I like to call my I AM meditation.
Generally I do this first thing in the morning,
I like to sit down at my altar,
Straighten my spine,
Close my eyes and then start to use the term I AM intertwined with my breathing.
As I breathe in,
I say the I internally,
I pause at the top of my breath,
Hold and feel the fullness and then as I exhale,
I say to myself internally,
AM.
It sounds like I am,
The in-breath and the out-breath probably lasts about 2-3 seconds,
The pause in between each breath on the fullness at the top is about 3 seconds and on the empty at the bottom,
Again about 3 seconds,
I AM,
Constantly repeated over and over for about 5 minutes in total.
It's a very simple but very calming,
Relaxing,
Connecting meditation.

Just focus on bringing your thoughts back to the phrase I AM over and over again.
If you get lost in your thoughts,
Don't worry,
Don't stress,
Just bring yourself back to the I AM.
I AM I'm going to be quiet now so that you can do it all by yourself.
Now you can gently open your eyes,
Bring yourself back into your space.
Check in with your body,
Your emotional state.
