Hello my friend,

My name is Kari and in this meditation we'll be working on taking,

Unlocking our inner sight to the next level.

Jumping straight back in to where we were before.

Make sure that you're sat in a comfortable seated position.

As always straighten your spine,

Relax your jaw and lower your head slightly.

Soften your shoulders and rest your hands down on your knees or in your lap.

Pull your attention to your breath,

Starting to breathe much calmer,

Slower.

Take your time to just feel into all of the sensations in your body.

Notice if your body feels good,

If your body feels tired.

Just get an overall sense of where you're at in this moment.

Keeping a nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.

And become aware first of all of the black,

The darkness once you've closed your eyes.

Just like we did in our previous video,

Stare out into that space there in front of you.

Seeing the space as a big,

Wide,

Open,

Vast space rather than just blackness.

Imagine you're staring out into the beginning of endless possibilities.

Could journey to wherever you wanted to.

In this meditation we're going to journey directly to your front door.

Your front door is something that most of us have so it's an easy visual to conjure up in your mind.

Using your memory,

Staring out into that space there in front of you,

Take yourself to your front door.

Imagine that you're standing at your front door.

Take a moment to look down at your feet.

Notice the ground that you're standing on and what that looks like.

And then look up and look at your door.

See the colour.

See the size of your door.

Bring back from your memory any characteristics about your door.

Does it have a window?

Is it panelled?

Chipped?

Look at where your door handle or your door knob is.

Expand your third eye vision and move it out a little bit and look around your door.

Look at the wall around your door.

What does that look like?

Zone in with your third eye and notice the texture of your door.

If it's too difficult don't try and take everything in at once.

A good tip is to just focus specifically on small areas.

Let the detail come into focus.

Let your third eye get clearer and clearer and all you're doing is staring out into that space.

The space doesn't disappear.

The space is still there.

But you can see the door in the space.

You can see your door handle.

You can look down and look at your feet.

Stay with this for a few more moments and then end your practice for today.

We'll leave it there for now.

Namaste my friend.
