Good morning.
My name is Kari and let's meditate together.
So if you can close down your eyes for me.
Relax down your shoulders.
Make sure that you straighten your spine and your spine feels nice and straight,
Supportive.
Check in with your body.
Just do like a quick sweep through your body.
Maybe starting at your feet.
Be aware of them.
Your legs.
Your arms,
Your torso.
Just a quick,
Quick.
Run through of your body.
And adjust.
If you need to adjust.
I have a crunchy neck.
That needs to adjust.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath from me in through your nose,
But breathe out through your mouth for this one.
Like a nice big cleansing breath.
Let's do another one of those.
Breathe in as much as you can,
Nice and deep,
All the way down to your tummy.
Fall to capacity and then hold it for a few seconds.
And then breathe out with a sigh or just a Let go.
Relax with it.
That to me feels like a reset.
For your body to say,
Okay,
It's meditation time.
And then when you've done that,
Find a nice.
Pace with your breath.
Something slow and relaxing.
That feels good for you.
Let's do a little bit of manifesting.
Let's create.
The vibration,
The energy,
The scene.
I'd like you to think about something.
That makes you smile.
Something simple.
Maybe it's a memory.
Of a time that was really fun or exciting or loving.
Something that makes you smile.
Maybe it.
Something that you did with your partner.
Maybe it was when your children were born.
Maybe it was just a special day.
Perfect sky.
Something simple that made you smile.
See if you can bring that smile back.
Into This now moment.
Let your physical body smile.
Just a little bit as you think about this happy memory.
And with that smile and that memory,
Let's drop into it a little bit deeper.
What goes on in your body?
Can you find where you feel happy?
Do you feel it in your chest?
Do you feel it in your face,
In your heart?
In your tummy.
When you feel joy and happiness.
See if you can find the emotion of it in your body.
It's okay if you can't.
A lot of us actually learn from a very young age to disassociate with what emotions feel like.
And it can be a little bit tricky what I'm asking you.
And some of us,
It's very simple and easy.
Play.
This is just play.
Once you feel or sense where happiness could be in your body.
Let's multiply it Can you feel any warmth that goes along with it?
Can you feel a sense of spaciousness,
Lightness,
Openness with it?
See if you can feel any of those things.
See if you can literally imagine the cells in your body shifting and changing into the frequency of emptiness.
Because that's what's happening.
Your body responds to the thoughts that you provide.
And with those thoughts come emotions.
Sometimes it's the other way.
Sometimes we have an emotion,
A feeling,
And then a bunch of thoughts rushing connected to the feeling.
But most of the time it starts with a thought.
A group of thoughts.
A memory.
A thought.
And along with that,
Your body will respond.
So see if you can feel even more subtle things like the warmth.
The lightness,
The spaciousness.
When you're happy and you feel those feelings.
Do you feel like your heart is closed?
Or do you feel like your space in your chest feels open?
When you feel happy,
Can you feel it in your throat?
Focus on your throat.
Does your throat feel open?
Think about when you have a really good belly laugh.
You literally throw your head back in laughter.
You're exposing your throat.
Your chest.
You're open.
Now.
Being a magician,
We're going to use this happiness.
And you're going to very casually Think about something that you desire.
Something that you'd like to manifest into your reality.
Just one thing.
Keep it simple.
And what does that one thing look like.
Start to visualize using your inner sight.
What does that one thing look like?
Keeping that happy light open feeling in your body.
Hmm,
What does it look like?
And if you had that one thing,
What would it feel like?
Feel the feeling of having it of owning it of being it of doing it already.
What's it feel like?
What does it taste like?
I smell like.
.
.
What does it physically.
.
.
If it's something physical,
What does it tactilely,
What does it feel?
So not only are you feeling the energy of it,
You're feeling it physically.
If it's more money,
Imagine you're feeling the money.
If it's more work,
Imagine that you're filling the calendar and you can feel the calendar in your hand.
If it's.
More peace.
Imagine what that peace looks like and what would it feel like as you lay down and relax and touch the sheets.
Relax on the sofa.
Involve your senses.
And all the while.
Staying happy and light and carefree.
No big deal.
This is just fun.
And now what I want you to do is fast forward as if you're fast forwarding a month into your life.
Of having this thing that you manifested.
You're living with it now.
You are it.
You are the person with that thing.
And it feels.
Really easy.
And natural,
Like you've always had it.
You've always felt like this.
This just feels right.
It feels good.
With your eyes closed and your breath nice and slow.
Just go through this inner visual in your mind of you living.
As if it's already so.
How does your body feel?
How do you walk?
How do you hold yourself?
How do you dress?
Imagine waking up in the morning with this thing that you have.
And you look at yourself in the mirror.
How do you love?
See it all in this creative world.
As their fits.
Real.
As real as you can make it.
The way it feels in your body.
Just own it.
With ease.
And now just like when you make a wish.
Imagine yourself outside of this vision.
And you seal it with a seal of approval.
And so it is.
All of that is done.
It's created.
And I'm sending out there to the universe.
To bring it back to me.
At the time and place.
That is just right.
And I trust that the universe has my back.
And it will be so.
Because.
.
.
I am an aspect.
Of all that is and anything that I desire.
Awesome.
Can be part of my frequency.
I am an aspect of the creator.
And therefore I.
Create That's the magical gift that we're all given.
We create.
Our reality.
So with love in your heart and joy and happiness and that calm,
Comfortable,
Like easy breezy energy in your body.
Send it on its way.
Make a wish.
And so it is.
And then just like what we would do in real life.
I'd like you to come back into your reality.
Opening your eyes.
Seeing the beautiful day.
Thinking about something in your day today that you already know is going to be sweet.
And you're going to appreciate it.
Whether that's just walking outside and hearing the birds,
Or whether that's a nice day at work,
Or maybe you're going to get to have a coffee that you enjoy,
Whatever it is,
Let's bring some gratitude into our frequency.
Because gratitude creates more abundance.
Gratitude is the frequency that will bring all of that to you when you're already grateful for all of the things around you in your life.
All that can happen is multiply.
Multiplicate multiplication.
And so it is.
