Begin this meditation in a seated position,
Be it on the floor or in a chair.
Close your eyes.
Feel yourself rooting into whatever is supporting you.
Relax your jaw and your shoulders.
Release any tension you might be storing in your muscles.
Take several deep breaths.
As you do so,
Allow your mind to focus on your state of relaxation,
Letting go of any thoughts from your day and giving your mind a fresh start.
New beginnings are an inescapable part of life.
Some we choose,
Some choose us.
Remember your situation.
I invite you to spend a few moments now viewing whatever shift you're experiencing or about to experience with favor.
Imagine yourself walking along a moonlit path,
Going towards this change.
The glow of the moon empowers you and each step you take,
You feel no intimidation by the change ahead of you.
Instead,
You feel empowered by it.
You are in complete control of it.
Take some time right now to imagine everything positive that will be coming your way because of this change.
As you do so,
Focus on your breath,
As each breath you take is a new beginning.
Envision a bright white light of protection surrounding you.
You feel confident,
Radiant,
Ready.
Each day is a new beginning.
Another opportunity to find the best and brightest in everything,
Including ourselves.
Focus on the goodness within you and your new beginning.
Elevate and amplify that energy.
Elevate and empower yourself.
In what is new resides the best of you.
All we have to do is find it,

Allow subtle movements to return to your body.
