Hello,
Welcome to today's meditation.
Today's session will be a yoga nidra session combined with reiki energy healing to help relax you during this time of great stress.
Take a few moments to get comfortable.
You can be seated with your feet flat on the floor,
On a meditation cushion,
On the couch,
Lying down,
Whatever makes you feel comfortable right now.
As a reminder,
This session is not going to actually cure you of the coronavirus.
However,
We will be guiding you through relaxation techniques and I will be infusing this session with reiki distance healing.
This should help calm some fears and anxieties about what's going on right now.
We can be mindful and know that it's okay to feel upset and anxious as the world itself seems to be changing so much around us.
Our outside systems are failing.
It can be very difficult to recognize what's going on and to cope.
It can be overwhelming.
So this meditation is intended to help create some space for you to come back into your body,
To bring awareness to your fingers and your toes,
To connect with ourselves and reiki healing energy.
And as I mentioned before,
This session is going to be a reiki distance healing session for the anxieties within us and surrounding us.
I am now making the reiki symbol for power,
The reiki symbol for distance,
And the reiki symbol for balance.
You may set your own intention for this session now.
We're going to do some breathing exercises.

Imagine a white light is taking that anxious energy from your feet and hands all the way through the crown of your head and out into the cosmos to be converted into a different energy.
