Reiki distance healing and yoga nidra are combined in this session to help relieve some of the anxieties you might be feeling when it comes to the coronavirus pandemic. This session will take you mindfully through each part of your body, bringing you back into your body, so that you can take care of yourself and others through this and other difficult times. Prepare to relax and release anxiety energies back into the universe to be converted into balanced energy.

Hello,

Welcome to today's meditation.

Today's session will be a yoga nidra session combined with reiki energy healing to help relax you during this time of great stress.

Take a few moments to get comfortable.

You can be seated with your feet flat on the floor,

On a meditation cushion,

On the couch,

Lying down,

Whatever makes you feel comfortable right now.

As a reminder,

This session is not going to actually cure you of the coronavirus.

However,

We will be guiding you through relaxation techniques and I will be infusing this session with reiki distance healing.

This should help calm some fears and anxieties about what's going on right now.

We can be mindful and know that it's okay to feel upset and anxious as the world itself seems to be changing so much around us.

Our outside systems are failing.

It can be very difficult to recognize what's going on and to cope.

It can be overwhelming.

So this meditation is intended to help create some space for you to come back into your body,

To bring awareness to your fingers and your toes,

To connect with ourselves and reiki healing energy.

And as I mentioned before,

This session is going to be a reiki distance healing session for the anxieties within us and surrounding us.

I am now making the reiki symbol for power,

The reiki symbol for distance,

And the reiki symbol for balance.

You may set your own intention for this session now.

We're going to do some breathing exercises.

We're going to breathe in for a count of seven,

The top of your foot,

The arch of the foot,

The heel of the foot,

Switching to the left side,

The third eye center at the forehead,

The whole head.

Can you feel your body working together?

If you can,

Imagine a white light is taking that anxious energy from your feet and hands all the way through the crown of your head and out into the cosmos to be converted into a different energy.

Now rest.

Allow Reiki energy to work while you are resting.

This concludes today's session on using Reiki distance healing and yoga in the Adra to help relax you during these times.

I’ve been ill for past three weeks- not sure what with as our government wasn’t testing anyone but something viral my GP told me by phone consultation... and now left with asthmatic bronchitis so on antibiotics. Still feeling ill but this helped immensely and I will continue to do it as it calmed my panic enough to ease an asthma attack. I’m a Reiki person from a couple of different traditions so it helps I can visualise the symbols but even without being attuned this lovely meditation will help soothe many people. Should add, am still too ill to breathe in for so long or hold my breath much so folk currently with respiratory problems may get out of sync with the counted section but it was easy enough to find my own rhythm once there was no counting. Very beautifully done and such a nice voice.
