Hey love!
So today I want to get into the question of how do I reconnect with my energy when I feel tired,
When I feel heavy or unmotivated even though you're kind of doing everything right?
And I've got asked this question a lot especially on my lives here on inside timer because everybody has those days where you just feel off and I think the answer is different for everybody.
You know there you have to to know that there are certain things going on in your brain and your body when you wake up.
So first of all your body has two different nervous systems one nervous system is a sympathetic one where and this is triggered when when your body feels your survival is threatened.
It can be happening when something when you're doing a lot of sports when something goes wrong when you need to step out of your comfort zone something like that and what happens here is that cortisol so your stress hormone is flooded in your body and your digestion slows down and you're you're not creative anymore and this can be a good thing for like a short period of time but if this state keeps staying in your body then you feel bad and then there's the other one that is a person pathetic state where you drop into the creative flow where you drop into um into digestion into resting where your cells start to heal and this is where you can really come into those flow states and where you usually feel really happy and where your mind is calm and your thoughts are clear and it is important to know what is bringing you down into this state and for me it's completely different like sometimes what helps for me is to move my body and sometimes it's meditation sometimes it's just having a day watching netflix what really helps me is to write down three things that i'm grateful for because gratitude like it is not only proven by studies but really every single time i do it it has proven to me that this works because the moment you start to be grateful you're you're creating a bigger energetic feel around you like you know the the energy field that every single person has around you and when you're when you're having bad thoughts when you're in fear and worry then this electromagnetic field around you becomes smaller and smaller and all your energy goes down into your body and it feels heavy and the moment you bring in love and gratitude this electromagnetic field becomes bigger and bigger and it comes up into your heart and you feel lighter you feel more magnetic you feel you feel like you are the source you know and this can shift with only writing down or saying aloud thank you for and then just list three things list 10 things whatever it is for you and then there is this other thing that i love to do and i would love to do it together right now so i want you to close your eyes and then take a deep breath in slowly exhale through the mouth let your shoulders drop your forehead soft and another deep breath in and slowly exhale and i think of a situation in your life or a person that just brings in happiness joy for you situation where you laughed or just what makes you so happy the most happy situation or experience of your entire life bring it into your mind bring it into your heart now breathe in breathe in this emotion and exhale it through every cell of your body breathe this emotion into your heart let it become bigger and brighter and bigger and bigger and exhale it through your heart through your cells one more time deeply inhale it inhale it inhale it feel this emotion feel this happiness this joy this burst of energy feel it feel it feel it and draw it through your whole body one more time breathe it in feel it and with your exhale bring this emotion even beyond your skin ripple it outside of you filling the whole room you're in filling every single person and living being outside of you with this emotion and slowly open your eyes and this is what life is about and this is always always available to you you're made of this energy you're made of this love of this gratitude this is your natural state so don't let anything else any fear any worries that is simply an illusion where weigh you down it's not worth it
