In this meditation, I will invite Reiki to flow to help move you gently into sleep. You will first be guided in a slow body scan and relaxation to leave the day behind, allowing you to move gradually into the warm and peaceful embrace of Reiki. Soothing and relaxing words will be repeated softly in the latter half of the meditation to help you drift off to sleep. Music with binaural beats by Chris Collins.

This is a relaxing Reiki practice for a better sleep.

Get comfortably settled in your bed,

Turn the lights out and gently close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let go of your day.

Feel the comfort of your pillow under your head and the blanket on your body.

Place a hand on your heart and the other on your navel area and invite Reiki to help you relax into a good night's sleep.

Reiki knows how to flow all by itself.

There's nothing you need to do about it.

You can feel your forehead becoming smooth and peaceful.

And now your eyelids are getting heavy.

It's so nice to finally lay in your bed after your day.

Your face gently relaxes now and there's a sense of spaciousness in your jaw and mouth.

Your neck and shoulders release their tension.

Your arms relax into the bed as your hands rest quietly on your body.

Reiki flows peacefully.

Your back and your chest soften and your heartbeat slows down.

Your breath is just breathing you.

With each exhalation,

You find yourself drifting deeper into yourself,

That place inside that is quiet and very still.

Drifting deeper into yourself,

To that place that is so quiet and still.

You can feel your body sinking into the bed,

Becoming heavy in the way that it feels when you're about to go to sleep.

Just sinking into the bed.

Reiki is gently unfolding you in its peaceful warmth.

It's so easy to let go into it,

Feeling safe,

Loved and supported.

Feeling nurtured.

Your legs have become completely relaxed now.

Your feet comfortable and still.

Reiki takes you deeper into yourself,

To a place of peace where dreams happen.

Your mind is quieting down.

Thoughts are drifting away,

Far away into the background.

Feeling settling down.

Your heartbeat is slow and regular,

To slow and regular.

Your breath is becoming almost imperceptible.

You are drifting into a deeply relaxed place inside of yourself,

Loved and supported by Reiki.

All is well now.

It's so nice to let go into relaxation and sleep.

It's so nice to let go.

Reiki is placing you in a beautiful cocoon of peace.

Nothing can disturb you here.

There is a gentle,

Floaty feeling.

Waves and waves of relaxation flowing through your body like a soothing ocean.

Letting go into the waves.

So lovely,

So peaceful.

Calm and relaxing.

Just letting go.

Relaxed and supported by the waves.

So much peace.

Feeling so relaxed.

Drifting into stillness.

Effortless.

Peaceful and relaxed.

Drifting into stillness.
