Today,
We're going to talk about three magic words,
I get to.
And when you start to implement these words into your life,
Really some magic can happen.
And what we're doing here is we are replacing the phrases that you may be consciously or even unconsciously saying to yourself of,
I have to,
Or I need to.
So when we put those phrases in front of particular things that we want to get done,
It feels heavy.
It can feel like a burden.
It can almost feel like I need to meditate or otherwise I won't be okay.
Or I have to do this,
Otherwise things won't be okay.
And what we're doing here is replacing that with I get to.
I get to meditate.
I get to work on myself.
I get to dream of all the things that I want to create in my life.
And what we're doing when we replace I have to with I get to is that we get our power back.
We are the creators of our own life.
We are deciding to make a decision that is our choice versus when it's I need to,
I have to.
It almost is like,
Oh,
I have to do this and I don't even want to.
So I believe our words are extremely powerful and how we phrase and frame things really has a direct effect of how we feel and what our motivation is and what we call in through our words into our lives.
So my challenge to you today is to bring awareness to where in your life you are telling yourself that you need to do something,
You should be doing something,
You have to do it.
And what would it look like to replace it with I get to?
Notice how that feels to feel empowered to make a decision that is your choice and that benefits you.
