Blessings and welcome to the Path to Freedom.
My name is Daniel Roquejo and as always I'm deeply grateful and honored and privileged that you're choosing to join me in a moment of expanding our consciousness and raising our vibration.
This path of freedom,
It is a beautiful path.
It is the path of us awakening to who and what we are.
It is the path of us allowing for greater and greater expressions of that who and what to emerge and it is the path of us allowing for peace and love and joy and harmony and abundance and wholeness and beauty to emerge.
All of these are inherently within us but we need to say yes to them,
We need to give them permission to come forth.
And along this path we inevitably come face to face with having to make choices.
As we continuously grow and continuously expand and continuously allow for greater and greater expressions of who and what we are.
For this growth to happen we need to make choices that are in alignment with the unfolding and the expansion and the growth that we are participating in.
And there's different ways that we can explain this and there's different ways that we can describe this but ultimately what we're doing is that we're saying yes.
At some point you said yes to grow,
To unfold,
To expand or you wouldn't be here.
You would not tune into this had you not said yes.
Perhaps your yes is not definitive yet,
Perhaps it's just a yes to exploring what is out there,
Exploring something else than what you have been experiencing or what you have been studying up to this point.
But somewhere along the line you did say yes.
Now yes is not a linear thing and it's not a one and done thing either but yes,
Saying yes to something is very dynamic.
Because as we're saying yes to something,
As we're saying yes to growth,
As we're saying yes to health and wholeness or allowing for more abundance to flow into our lives or for more love to flow into our lives or whatever the case may be,
As we're saying yes to something,
In that yes,
Inherent within that yes,
Is a no.
For instance,
If you're saying yes to greater health,
In that yes is also a no to that which does not support that greater health from coming forth.
In other words,
Saying yes to health may mean that you are saying no to fried food,
It may mean that you're saying no to alcohol or to smoking or to something else,
Whatever habits you may have been engaged in up until this point.
Likewise,
If you're saying yes to allow for more joy and happiness into your life,
In that yes inherently is a no to perhaps individuals or conditions and circumstances that do not support and that do not call forth joy and happiness.
Now these no's,
They are not,
The yes is very explicit,
It's very clear,
But realizing that the yes also contains a no,
It may give rise to a level of guilt,
It may give rise to a level of doubt and fear and worry,
Because releasing and letting go of something that we may be used to having,
A particular way of being,
A particular individual that we may be used to hanging out with,
Going to a particular job or workplace or whatever the case may be.
When things change,
When we change,
Everything must change.
We cannot expect ourselves to change or we cannot,
On the other hand,
Expect things to change,
Our outside conditions and circumstances,
Our lives,
They cannot change,
They will not change unless we change.
And when we change,
Everything else will and must change.
Consciousness always precedes form and everything is always radiated from within us,
Everything emerges from within us.
And so whatever we are in vibrational alignment with,
That is what will come into our experience.
And so when we raise our vibration,
The whole universe rises up to meet us at this new high level of vibration.
And so when we say yes to growth and unfoldment,
When we say yes to allowing for greater and greater expressions of who and what we are,
When we say yes to love and peace and joy and harmony and wholeness,
All of that which does not serve,
All of that which is not in alignment with this new higher choice that we've just made,
That will and that needs to fall away,
Which can sometimes be a bit turbulent,
Which can sometimes be a bit difficult,
Very challenging,
But we need to trust,
We need to know and feel that we're saying yes to something is a good thing.
We need to know and feel that as we're saying yes to something,
We're also saying no to some things.
This does not mean in any way,
Shape or form that we are bad individuals or that we're monsters or that we're bad people.
It is true that other individuals may have judgments and opinions about us and the choices that we're making,
Especially if it means that we perhaps need to say no to them,
That we perhaps need to end a relationship or that we perhaps need to change something in an existing relationship.
But us saying yes to us,
Us saying yes to love,
Us saying yes to peace,
Us saying yes to wholeness and harmony and abundance,
That is always a good thing.
It is always a good thing.
As we allow,
As we grow and unfold and expand,
We draw others onto this new higher level of being.
As we raise our vibration,
We pull others into raised vibration as well.
So whenever we grow,
Whenever we unfold,
Whenever we expand,
Whenever we move out of our current comfort zones or whenever we boldly step into the unknown,
That is a good thing for all concerned.
It is a wonderful thing for all concerned,
Even when others may perhaps have judgments and opinions and may feel victimized or offended by the choices that we're making.
But I invite you to first of all be prepared that saying yes to you,
Saying yes to growth,
Saying yes to expansion,
Saying yes to unfoldment,
Inevitably and inherently means saying no to something.
And also that whenever you say yes to you,
Whenever you expand,
Whenever you allow for greater and grander expression of who and what you are to emerge,
Whenever you say yes to that greater and grander expression,
You are contributing to all of creation expanding.
You are a truly beneficial presence on this planet and in all of creation.
So saying yes inherently means saying no.
And likewise,
Saying no to something,
If we turn it all around,
Saying no to something inherently means saying yes to something else.
So my invitation to you as we close this session is to boldly step into that yes.
To boldly step into that yes.
Knowing and feeling that yes,
That you're being inspired and compelled to say yes to whatever it is.
It is spirit,
It is your future self guiding,
Leading and moving you into expansion,
Into growth,
Into unfoldment.
So it's a beautiful thing that is happening.
It's something wonderful happening.
Alright,
So until the next time,
I bless,
Bless,
Bless your day and I bless,
Bless,
Bless your way.
You beautiful,
Magnificent,
Wonderful,
Radiant,
Loving being.
Namaste.
