Magic Of Life Is In Your Hands

Hello and welcome.

Gently close down your eyes.

Take a moment to land within and bring spacious stillness into your being with the breath.

Inhale rise through the belly,

Fill the lungs and expand your chest.

And exhale gently and effortlessly pour it out the mouth.

Just like that.

And again inhale belly rise,

Fill the lungs,

Open your heart space.

And exhale gently soften through the body.

Take a few more nourishing breaths on your own accord and allow yourself to land in this place of stillness.

Draw upon the oxygen that surrounds you.

Use your breath to allow yourself to see what is here,

To see what is here inside of you.

As you deepen your connection with your breath,

You deepen the connection to your true state of being.

Breathe within,

Breathe back to yourself.

From this place of utter stillness I invite you to bring into your awareness what it means to be alive.

Feel into what it means to have a life so precious in the palm of your hands.

Bring back to a time in your life when you felt most alive.

When do you really feel alive?

Is it taking some sort of risk?

Maybe leaning into those parts of life that feel a little scary?

Or maybe the times when you're in alignment and on purpose within and to the divine's calling?

Being of service,

Sharing your unique essence and gifts to those around you.

What makes you feel those pulsating chills roll down your spine?

Or that thrilling sensation that energetically rushes through your vessel?

What makes you feel alive?

The fact that you are here experiencing life on this earth,

Right here,

Right now,

In all its glory as a human being is an absolute miracle.

Having the capacity to fully experience life is the most alive and thing imaginable.

Life itself is such a gift,

Such a treasure,

And it's in the palm of your hands.

When was the last time you stopped and took a moment to really feel alive?

When was the last time you put the brakes on life to really feel and take in what is here,

In the now,

Right in front of you?

When was the last time you stargazed in awe of nature's wonder,

In nature's creation?

When was the last time you picked a flower and smelt its unique fragrance?

When was the last time you smiled at a couple immersed in each other's arms?

When was the last time you beamed at a baby's playful curiosity?

You don't have to do much to really feel it.

With no attachment,

Absorbing what is around you.

No restrictions.

It doesn't have to be a long and exhausting one.

Like a deep,

Delicious,

Nourishing breath,

A contagious,

Vibrant smile,

When you feel the salty sea breeze clean to your skin as you cleanse your body in the ocean.

Or the clean,

Fresh chill through your nose as you enrich your soul in nature,

Swirling with appreciation,

Oozing with gratitude.

Allow life to flow through you.

Surrender.

Live in a state of surrender.

Fill your oneness with the whole.

Fill your wholeness with the divine.

Lead with your heart.

The darker life gets,

Beam your essence brighter.

To really feel good about it.

Meeting this gift with openness,

With expansion,

Holding no attachments to any outcome.

When you allow life to move in its natural order,

You find it has a beautiful glowing aura to it.

Allow life to flow through you.

Allow yourself to become more accessible to the divine,

More open to the unknown.

Stay connected to yourself and look out for those around you.

Don't get caught in the dilly dally life can produce.

Take the elevator down from your head and land into your big blossoming heart.
