Find a comfortable seated position,
Either on a cushion or a chair.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth,
And allow your body to relax.
Bring your awareness to your heart center,
The space in the middle of your chest.
Visualize a bright light at the center of your heart,
Radiating outwards in all directions.
Imagine this light expanding with each inhale,
Filling your entire body with warmth and love.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Focus on any feelings of self-doubt or unworthiness that may be present in your heart space.
Allow your breath to soften and release any blockages in your heart,
Creating more space for self-worth and compassion.
Now visualize yourself standing in a beautiful open field.
See yourself as you are,
With all your unique qualities and imperfections.
Know that you are worthy,
Just as you are.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Bring to mind something that you have accomplished or something that you are proud of.
Focus on this accomplishment and allow yourself to feel a sense of pride and joy.
Now repeat to yourself the following affirmations,
Silently or out loud.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I am deserving of happiness and fulfillment.
I am worthy of success and abundance.
I am enough,
Just as I am.
I am deserving of joy and fulfillment in all areas of my life.
As you repeat these affirmations,
Visualize yourself standing taller and feeling more confident in your worth and value.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I am deserving of happiness and fulfillment.

Just as I am.

Allow these affirmations to become a guiding light,
Reminding you of your worthiness and helping you to navigate through any challenges or any doubts that may arise.

Visualize a beam of light extending from your heart to your reflection in the field,
Filling you with love and healing energy.
Remember,
