Welcome to the meditation to connect with your baby during pregnancy.

Allow yourself to be in a comfortable place to rest,

Settle in and be nourished.

Find ease and peace in this moment.

See yourself in your most favorite energized place on the beach.

With your feet in the sand,

On a picnic blanket,

Or walking on a moss covered path in the woods.

With a warm sun shining down on you.

With every breath in and every breath out,

You settle in deeper into that vision you're holding of yourself.

Your eyes gently close,

You let the earth support you and that vision of where you are right now becomes clearer,

More real.

With every breath,

Breathing life into you and your baby.

See the flow of light and love from you to your baby.

Just as your milk will nourish and flow to your baby.

Your breath,

Your heart,

Your love will do the same.

Placing a hand on your heart and a hand on your belly,

Feeling connected.

Heart to heart,

Body to body,

And spirit to spirit with your baby.

Being in the awe of this creation that you're experiencing.

This life that's being built within you.

The wonder of this miracle.

Celebrating with joy and gratitude for this moment to be present with your baby.

Feeling that gentle smile on your lips,

The ease in your face,

The softness in your body,

And you melt into this experience.

As you stay present in your favorite place on the beach,

Feeling the warm sand in your toes and feet.

The warm sun shining down on you or on the picnic blanket on the side of a riverbank.

Or walking that moss covered path in the woods.

Begin the conversation with your baby.

I'm here for you.

I love you.

Thank you for this journey together.

I'm so glad you're with me right now.

Recognizing this miracle of life.

Welcoming the calm of this moment.

And welcome in the moment.

Surrender and beauty.

Connecting to your baby.

Having that beautiful conversation and care.

Feeling safe,

Feeling secure,

Feeling loved.

And that is the message you share with your baby.

You are safe.

You are secure.

All is good.

I am here for you.

And I am right where I need to be.

I take care of myself as I take care of you.

I feed my body which feeds my baby.

I calm my mind with ease.

Bringing ease and calm to my baby.

Feeling,

Seeing,

Sensing the connection to your baby.

Blood,

Nourishment,

Light and love flowing through the umbilical cord from your heart to your baby's.

And it feels so good.

With every breath,

With every moment.

Feeling more connected,

More love,

More joy for this being that's growing inside of you.

Moment by moment.

In appreciation for all that is right here and right now.

Say,

Feel,

Think any last wishes you want to offer your baby.

Comforting words for the two of you.

Let that feeling,

The energy of appreciation be with you.

In this very moment and every moment forward.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Continue your journey from this beautiful,

Comfortable place.

And return back to where you are right now.

Bring with you the sense of calm,

Joy,

Beauty.

That sense of peace for your baby growing inside of you.

Safety and security that all is well.

Love surrounds the two of you.

Love embraces you.

It is your gift.

It is the truth.

As you return back to your present moment,

Right where you are.

Allow that feeling to be with you.

Keep it with you.

Let it pulse through your veins.

To your baby's heart from yours.

Staying connected.

Staying in love.

Staying in light.

Let that peace surround the two of you.

Noticing now the space around you.

The earth supporting you.

Your attention returning to this moment of joy,

Gratitude,

Peace.

Take a breath in.

Gently opening your eyes.

And bringing both hands to embrace your belly.

Embrace your baby as you would if your baby was in your arms right now.
