Emotional clearing session.

This practice will help you release and let go of any stuck energy,

Any negativity,

Overwhelm,

Stress,

Sadness,

Blocks or struggles that keep you stuck where you don't want to be.

And then we will manifest and envision the life of our dreams.

To create then beauty,

Love,

Light to fill the space that we cleared out.

So let's get moving.

Sitting up nice and tall,

Feet planted firmly into the earth,

Hands resting on your laps,

Eyes closed,

Jaw soft,

Beginning to just be present.

Be here right now,

Wherever you are,

However you feel,

Be here now.

There's a softness in your breath,

In and out through your nose.

Bringing your palms together at the heart center,

We're going to rub the palms together to create heat between the hands.

Rubbing your hands gently together,

Feel the heat between the hands.

Feel the heat,

Create the heat between the hands.

Rub,

Rub,

Rub,

A little bit harder,

A little bit faster.

Feel the heat between the hands.

I'm going to create energy between the hands.

We are energy and we're creating that energy,

Just with our arms and our movement.

Gently creating that heat.

And now bringing the palms apart right at the heart center,

Feel the energy between the hands,

As if you're holding a ball of light.

And as you move the hands apart and together,

Just very gently,

You can feel the energy,

You feel the light,

Feel a sensation,

That's energy.

And now for just a moment I want you to bring to mind a struggle,

Problem,

Something that's holding you back.

Physical pain,

Mental anxiety,

An emotional stuckness.

And I want you to place those things between your hands.

Those struggles,

Feelings,

Fears,

Thoughts are in your hands,

Not in your body.

And those things that feel out of control and frustrating and overwhelming,

They're surrounded by your light,

The light that you created between your hands.

Feel them for just a moment outside of yourself.

See them outside of yourself.

And now gently begin chopping your hands,

Chop,

Chop,

Chop.

You're moving your hands in a vigorous way right in front of you like you're chopping,

Karate chopping,

Up and down,

Up and down.

Keep chopping the hands.

And we're detaching and we're cutting the cords to those emotions,

Beliefs,

Experiences of pain or struggle,

Frustration,

Self-doubt,

Cut it away,

Chop away,

Detach,

Detach from overwhelm,

Detach from frustration,

Detach from blame,

Judgment,

Unworthiness.

Keep chopping.

Keep moving the hands very vigorously.

Keep moving the hands.

Keep moving the hands,

Keep chopping,

Keep chopping,

Move the hands,

Detach as if you're cutting a string that's connected to each emotion,

Each experience,

Each vision,

A string that's attached like to a balloon.

And when each one is cut and chopped away and detached,

It's like you're cutting away that balloon and you see it float away,

The balloon of overwhelm and pop,

Dissipates.

Chopping it away,

Chop away judgment,

Pop,

And it dissipates.

Keep chopping,

Detach from self-doubt,

Pop,

And it dissipates.

Keep chopping,

Keep chopping and letting go,

Letting go of overwhelm.

Chop it away,

Detach from stress,

Detach from self-doubt.

Detach,

Keep chopping the hands,

Feel the energy between the hands,

Feel the energy in the arms,

Keep chopping,

Move the energy.

Energy is meant to be moved,

The body is meant to be used to move this energy.

Chop it away,

Detach from overwhelm,

Detach from judgment,

Detach from unworthiness,

From stress,

From pain,

From frustration.

Chop it away,

Chop it away,

See each string be cut,

Detach and chop it away.

Keep chopping a little bit more,

A little bit more,

Keep chopping,

Feel the energy in your hands,

Feel the energy you're creating to detach and release from overwhelm,

From frustration,

From fear,

Detach from pain,

Detach from self-doubt and blame.

Chop a little bit more,

A little bit faster,

A little bit faster,

Keep chopping,

Keep chopping and inhale,

Reach the arms all the way up to the sky,

Breathe in,

Exhale,

Release the hands all the way to your lap and sit still and just feel,

Feel anything you feel,

Tingling,

Vibration,

Any sensations of that energy being moved,

Feel the space that you created.

Now bring the hands back to your heart center,

Palms pressed together and again rubbing the palms together very vigorously,

Feel the heat between the hands,

Rub,

Rub,

Rub,

Feel the heat between the hands,

Feel the energy you're creating between the hands,

Rub your hands together,

Feel the heat.

Now bring the hands apart right at the heart center,

Feel the energy again,

Feel stronger energy,

Feel more light,

Feel more space,

Feel the heat you created in your body and now with your minds eye and vision in the palm of your hands,

Your dream,

Your goal,

Your desires,

Maybe it's that promotion you've been wanting at work,

Maybe it's a sense of just feeling at ease and calm in your day,

Maybe the dream that you're holding between your hands is your dream house in the mountains or in a forest or on the beach,

Envision maybe the partner that you've been desiring to live this life with,

Whatever your dream and desire is,

See it between the palm of your hands,

You're holding your dream in your hands and if you can believe it and feel it,

You can create it.

This is the mantra and the mudra for manifesting and silently repeat after me,

I want it,

I've got it,

I know it,

It's coming,

Move your hands a little bit closer,

I want it,

I've got it,

I know it,

It's coming,

Leave your hands a little bit closer,

I want it,

I've got it,

I know it,

It's coming,

Move your hands a little bit closer,

I want it,

I've got it,

I know it,

It's coming,

Bring your hands all the way together,

Pressing your palms together at your heart center,

Feeling the desire of your dreams achieved right here,

Right now,

Time is a relative,

Today is the day you create and manifest,

Breathing in,

Holding your dreams and desires at the center of your heart,

Knowing,

Believing,

Feeling,

Empowered to create and choose the reality of your dreams,

Clearing the space to live your truth,

That which you are meant to be in,

Every moment of every day.

Now bring your palms to press into your heart,

Let all that you created settle into your heart,

Let your dreams and desires take up space in your heart,

In your body,

In your mind,

In your emotions and feel the reality that you are creating the life that you love,

A life of love and a life well lived.

Inhale and exhale,

You are right where you're meant to be and you have all the time that you need,

Feeling your body in the space,

Feeling the air on your skin,

Notice sounds around you,

Each sound keeps you more and more present,

Enjoying gratitude,

Allowing yourself to gently open your eyes with that beautiful smile on your lips,

Knowing that today you have created what you choose in your life.
