Let me introduce you to the healing ability of Tai Chi energy of the Dao using affirmations and gentle tapping.
I invite you to close your eyes,
To bring your focus to my voice,
To allow your mind and your body to relax.
At a fundamental and subconscious level you already know how to do this.
Just let it happen.
Stay with me,
I am here.
And breathe.
This meditation works to help you move from resistance to being allowing,
To tap into the energy of Tai Chi for your emotional healing,
To receive Tai Chi energy which is balanced,
Allowing non-resistance.
Make sure you're comfortable and let's let the healing begin.
Start with a lovely few breaths on your own.
Thinking about your breath,
Remembering that breath is the perfect way to bring yourself to the moment,
To the now.
Knowing that it is only from the now that you can heal yourself,
That you can soothe your emotions,
That you can find release from disease,
From any dis-ease.
And so breathe deeply,
Expel your breath fully,
And that's starting to feel good,
Isn't it?
That's starting to feel just right.
Imagine yourself in Tai Chi energy and feeling balanced,
Looking at things that are balanced,
A balanced log with purpose,
Looking at things that are balanced,
A balanced log with perfect equilibrium.
Rocks balanced on top of each other,
Perhaps a pendulum swinging in perfect balanced rhythm,
Or the tick-tock,
Tick-tock,
The balance sounds of a clock.
What do you hear in your mind?
What do you see in your mind's eye?
Immerse yourself in Tai Chi energy and receive what it is sharing with you.
Tai Chi energy is perfect balance,
It is allowing,
It is non-resistant,
And Tai Chi energy reminds you that you can be flowing,
You can be peaceful,
You can be tranquil.
And breathe.
And breathe.
And now let's integrate some simple tapping into this healing meditation.
Tapping is a way to release blocked energy to accelerate the healing.
Right here,
Right now,
Sitting up straight,
With both hands,
Two finger tap in a straight line,
Starting at your navel and moving out to your sides,
And then continuing tapping,
Returning to your navel.
A gentle two finger tap to encourage the release of energy that no longer serves you.
Tap from your navel to your sides,
Back to the middle,
And breathe.
While you continue your tapping,
State this along with me.
Today,
I am choosing to feel balanced,
Happy,
And whole.
To live with non-resistance,
To allow others to be who they are.
I deeply and completely let go,
And I receive the healing energy of Tai Chi.
And one more time.
Today,
I am choosing to feel balanced,

You can stop the tapping now and relax into the rhythm of your breathing.
