Hello Goddess Desiree here.
It's a pleasure and honor to be here with you in this moment.
And as we begin to bring in the energies,
Just imagine that you and I are here at this very time.
You could even imagine that we're in the same room together and the energies will very much flow.
And some of us are very sensitive to energy,
Meaning we sense a shift.
Maybe you're the type of person when you walk into a room,
You can feel what the vibe is of that space.
Or maybe you're not sensitive to energy and that is perfectly fine if you are like that.
It doesn't mean that the energies aren't having a positive effect,
That they aren't happening for you.
It just means that your awareness isn't the same as someone who has that and that's perfectly fine.
And so we're working with the mindfulness piece,
Working with our monkey mind as always.
And of course,
It's a little bit different every time we go into our own meditation or come into one of these processes.
How is the mind?
What's the state of the mind?
How's the physical body?
Even the astrological energies impact us.
There's so many things going on and that's why I recommend repeating these audios so that you can experience it from a different place,
A different viewpoint,
Get into deeper layers and you can intuitively move through the various audios that are being offered.
There's really no starting point,
Ending point.
It's not linear.
You can go back to audios,
Repeat them,
Go to the ones that you're called to.
Today,
We will explore and clear blocks around ancestral programming.
And we're honoring the ancestors,
All their triumphs,
Tribulations,
All that's been experienced through our bloodline,
Our family tree,
Just honoring that because of all of that,
We are exactly here right now.
And so we bring that quality of reverence and also honoring the land that you're currently on and that I'm on to,
Sensing down and down to that place of earth and what you are on right now.
We're honoring this particular place.

And welcoming in guidance,
Welcoming your spirit guides so that you feel you have a team of support and so much resource all around you.
And putting your inner wisdom and your spirit together to be in charge of this energy healing today,
Bypassing the conscious mind,
Rational mind,
And giving permission for the inner wisdom and the spirit to navigate and to dance with the energies in the best way and the perfect amount for you.

The miraculous nature of the body,
Continual beating of the heart through our entire lifetime,
That little spark of electrical energy in the heart,
It causes it to beat and pulse the functioning of the organs,
Digestive system,
Immune system,
The connection,
Integration,
Communication from brain down the spine,
The nervous system,
The function of the brain,
The firing of the neurons,
Creating,
Creation of new neural pathways,
Letting go of old ones,
Honoring all that,
All the miracles that are happening within us all a day long.
And taking a few easy deep breaths in a way that feels good for you right now.
And honoring any feeling tones and emotions,
Maybe moving through stronger ones that may feel really part of you in this moment,
Really present,
Bringing in compassion,
Deep self-love.
You can have the intention to enhance deep self-love in this moment,
Releasing any shame or guilt energies,
Programming beliefs.
Part of the energy healing process is to shed energy that no longer serves us,
That we're updating our energetic system,
Dancing more with the unfolding of life and allowing ourselves to touch into a profound river of joy that's there for us in every moment when we free ourselves from expectations,
Plans,
Doing,
To-do lists.
To find ourselves in a greater flow of presence,
Moment to moment,
That can bring great satisfaction.
It's not in the future or the past.
And grounding,
Bring that loving earth energy,
The ultimate mother,
Divine mother,
Unconditional love,
And let her love rise up into you,
Through you,
To every cell of your being.
And bring down divine father,
Divine masculine energies,
So loving and supportive,
Strong,
Come down into the perfect way for you,
Balancing masculine and feminine,
Even celebrating this with anus and bringing this resource.
These are energies beyond our own energy and we welcome them and give them permission,
Like nourishment,
Just the way a tree draws nourishment up and in its roots,
And also from the sun,
Sky,
The rain,
Brings energy and nourishment down through the leaves,
Branches,
All creating this system of resource,
Growth,
Continuance.
And with a study,
Scientific study of epigenetics,
We know that DNA can change.
For so long,
We believed that it was a fixed cellular matrix structure.
We were born with it and that it stayed that way and we now know through so much research that that is no longer considered true.
And we know that DNA can change,
That we can actually shift these matrices through how we feel about situations in our environment,
What is our frame of mind.
And then depending on the environment that we are in,
Where we place ourselves,
That will also impact the DNA as well.
And throughout our bloodline lineage and ancestry,
There have been so many feelings felt,
So many feelings felt,
And programming and beliefs coming from environment and society,
Perhaps religion,
Social structures like patriarchy,
And coming from traumatic experiences,
Of course,
Through World War I,
World War II,
Through other personal tragedies and situations.
And of course,
There's many celebrations and joy,
Joyous experiences as well.
But this is an opportunity we're going to be bringing in some healing in a moment to allow our DNA to actually change,
To resonate more and more with unconditional love,
To allow this sense of release and shedding that we spoke of,
To let go of feelings,
Emotions,
Energy,
Programming,
Beliefs that doesn't serve us.
We're giving ourselves more permission to do so and allowing ourselves to live a life of liberation,
Success,
Fulfillment,
Deep connection,
Sustained loving relationships,
Sustained financial abundance and prosperity.
And if there's any programming within us and disempowering beliefs that come from the ancestors that say we're not allowed to do that,
Or that's impossible,
Or you have to work really hard to barely get by this quality of scarcity and poverty that so many of our ancestors most likely experienced,
That we are just acknowledging that they may actually want us to succeed,
To have a different life,
Different opportunities.
And they support you.
This time in the planet,
The consciousness is developing,
Expanding at a rapid rate as the patriarchy structures dissolving.
And more and more people on the planet are opening to dissolving ego and opening to expansion and more pure love,
Which is shown through service and their actions in the world,
The way they are in their day-to-day life.
And so again,
We thank the ancestors for all they've been through and for that support that's right there for us in this moment.
Welcome in that support.

If you could imagine that your great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandmother could be present in this moment,
How would she feel about the work that you're doing or you want to do in the world,
About the way that you're living,
The way that you're able to be free,
Perhaps much more free than she was in certain ways,
The access to new technologies,
New consciousness,
New ways of being for women in particular,
And to be possibly in this place where there's been such a big migration of all kinds of people from all different nationalities,
Races,
Countries,
Origin,
And this kind of collaboration that needs to occur to come together to create communities and how she would be very impressed at how this is happening around you and how you're part of this.
And for a moment,
Honoring the traditions from your countries of origin that are in your blood,
In your DNA,
In your bones,
In you.
If we could open your DNA like a book,
The stories that would be revealed,
All the stories from all the ancestors,
Acknowledging that those are all inside of you,
All part of you,
Some of them untold,
Unknown stories,
Some of them known and present,
Available to your conscious mind.
And even honoring our past lives,
There's some synergy between the past lives that we've lived,
Experienced,
Let go of,
That perhaps overlap,
Integrate,
Combine with the ancestors,
Family members from the past,
Perhaps we even were a family member from the past.
And so there's this deep layering and connection between all our family members.
And that layering is like a paper doll.
If you imagine a string of paper dolls stretched out and maybe there's three or four or ten paper dolls as if they're holding hands,
Cut out from paper,
That you could accordion them in and they collapse in to make one doll what seems like one thicker doll.
If you imagine this is you,
The feeling,
The presence of you with all the layers,
When we begin to expand it open,
Begins to reveal layer upon layer,
New awareness of each layer.
And in this moment,
We're acknowledging those layers of ancestry within us,
That we are in a sense a melting pot ourselves,
Perhaps,
Of various cultures.
Breathing for a moment,
Focusing on the breath and inviting in these healing energies.
I'll be bringing in healing for us now to welcome the DNA to shift and clear,
To shed and release any ancestral programming that no longer serves you,
That could be holding you back.
There's nothing to do in this moment except to get out of your own way,
Bring in a playful quality,
Breathe.
Even if you forget the exercise,
That is perfectly fine.
Just trust your inner wisdom and spirits doing it for you.
I'm letting go of ancestral programming that no longer serves me.
I give a hundred percent permission.
I give permission to receive these healing energies,
Which are like a symphony of healing energies now.
And just let the energy flow.
Just observe,
Enjoy,
Relax.
Are there any feelings of unrest from the ancestors or a feeling within us that perhaps they would have liked to have lived the life that we get to live now?
A feeling of longing or grief,
Disappointment in their own life,
A giving up an apathetic quality,
Feeling that they could only go so far in their life.
And as they see us progressing,
If there's any resistance,
Just letting that go,
Just acknowledging that could be true,
Letting that go and sending a wave of love and gratitude to them.
This could even be a past life that we just honor.
It was a very different time on the planet,
A very different time.
And just as the seasons change,
The times change and evolve and it's a natural process.
We have no control over whatsoever.
We are all part of this ecosystem,
The planet,
Evolution,
Spirituality,
Consciousness,
Divine feminine rising,
Surrendering,
Trusting,
Honoring that process and bringing gratitude for this life that we are living right now.
And perhaps a future self is present and she is honoring you as her ancestor now,
Your great,
Great,
Great,
Great,
Great grandchild.
She is honoring you for this work that you are doing now to put a stop to the old patterns,
Energies,
Hurts and pains so that she and future generations live a life of hope,
Creativity,
Opportunity,
Fulfillment.
Notice what you're present to in this moment,
Feelings,
Sensations.
Notice if you're delving in,
Being seduced by stories and come back to the mindfulness of being the witness of your experience and allow the emotions to roll through as best you can.
This is energy arising.
I can just allow it to be so that it may dissipate,
Shift,
Change.
Take a nice deep breath.
Releasing down and out the soles of the feet,
Any more energy that's ready to leave.
Let it go.
Knowing that this actually creates space for your spiritual essence in this time,
In this lifetime,
In this beautiful body to fill in where you've released your spiritual essence becomes more present.
And with that is your programming for your purpose,
Your authentic desires,
Ways to find true fulfillment,
Love,
Abundance becomes more present,
More apparent.
And thanking your spirit guides in this moment,
Whether you're aware of who they are or what they are,
Just bringing in that gratitude.
Thanking the ancestors,
Our future grandchildren or nieces,
Nephews,
Bloodline.
If there's any of those past lives that are ready to be healed,
To bring greater completion,
I have the intention now that I'm willing to complete,
Heal those past lifetimes that could be holding me back from my current mission.

Old,
Old energy no longer serves you.
It's not congruent with this lifetime or this time in the planet.

Beautiful and ground,
Bring up Earth energy now.
And so it is and so it is.
We have released the perfect amount of ancestral programming that no longer serves us to open up to our fullest potential in this lifetime at this time.
