The Secret Garden Society is your portal to embody your feminine essence,
To remember your soul's purpose,
And a place from which to truly rise to your potential.
Take a few easy deep breaths arriving in a comfortable seat or lying down.
Begin to connect to your breath,
Taking a moment to bring gratitude to your beautiful body.
Your body is the temple for your soul.
And as you breathe,
Breathe in deeply and at the top of the inhale,
Suspend,
Hold your breath,
Hold all that fresh air in the lungs,
And then slowly exhale,
Pushing all the air out,
All the stale air out,
And pause again with empty lungs.
Continue this now a few more times.
So simple,
Focusing on that long inhale to hold in your own time.
Long exhale to hold and repeating.
Allow yourself to become centered,
Becoming the witness of your own experience.
The thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions,
Sensations in the body are like clouds simply floating by and not getting caught in the narrative,
The stories that our mind wants to delve into the narratives seducing us.
Let's simply stay with a breath and continue to return with a lot of self-compassion.
This is a practice.
Anytime the monkey mind becomes present,
Just say,
I see you,
I hear you,
And I'm busy right now,
And bring the monkey mind to the side.
We are working on being more in control of our mind.
And this is a practice.
It does get easier over time.
One more set of that deep breathing with the pauses.
Beautiful.
And go ahead and notice one sensation in your body.
This might be a strong sensation,
An ache or a pain or stiffness in the body.
And in essence,
Our body actually doesn't feel.
Our arm doesn't feel itself as an arm or feel sensation.
All feeling and sensation begins in the mind.
Therefore,
Our body and our mind are deeply connected.
And as we work with our mind,
Calming our mind,
Revealing that from the unconscious that's ready to be processed,
Seen,
And healed,
We are inevitably healing our body too.
And so by bringing our attention to sensation,
It is also a way to discover the energy behind the sensation,
The part of us that's been hidden,
Deep feelings and emotions,
Past experiences,
Anxieties that are calling for attention.
So by allowing yourself now to feel,
Feel that sensation,
There's really nothing to do but to simply allow.
By allowing,
We are not resisting.
We're doing the opposite of resisting.
We're allowing that sensation to be there because the energy will start to dissipate,
Fade,
Release.
Our body always wants to come back to balance.
And it's often the resistance,
The persisting resistance that keeps that energy bound.
So in this moment,
Allow yourself to feel,
Stay with that particular place in the body,
Breathe and allow,
Breathe and allow.
Allow yourself to feel that little bit of discomfort in order to return back to balance.

Nice,
Deep breath now.
This is a practice of surrender,
Letting go,
Opening our minds and remembering deep inner wisdom,
A way of returning home to our soul's purpose and to our true self.
In this moment,
My friend,
Let's ground and we'll practice female grounding.
Bring a cylinder about a foot and a half wide or so,
Half a meter wide up to the pelvis and bring loving earth energy up to the reproductive organs.
So for women,
We're bringing this up to the ovaries,
Uterus,
Womb space.
And this nature energy,
Gaia,
Mother Earth,
Is coming up to ground your female essence.
If you're a woman,
Then you're mostly made of feminine essence.
And for men,
You would come up to the pelvis in the same way to your reproductive organs and ground your masculine energy.
And this is a two-way system.
The loving energy arises up through the reproductive organs into your whole body.
And then it also rinses down and out,
Returning down that same cylinder to the earth.
And this is the earth's job.
She is absorbing,
Recycling,
Healing,
Or returning this energy back to where it came from.
Throughout our day,
We are absorbing other people's energy,
Especially as empaths and sensitive people.
And so this is a way to return home to your authentic self and to invigorate your gender essence.
And sense into the sky above the infinite potential,
The universe,
The cosmos,
And invite a soothing stream of universal energy down to your crown.
And let it gently pour through and into all the chakras,
Meridians,
Energy system of your whole body,
Whole body.
And so your authentic essence,
Your gender essence,
Is being nourished by the earth energy rising up,
And the universal energy pouring down,
Bringing you into balance,
Allowing you to feel calm and grounded.
And from here,
Let's practice opening our mind,
Having a playful,
Easy,
Effortless quality come to the chakra of your head.
And using your playful imagination,
Start to stretch open or dial open this energy center as dynamic,
Maybe you notice colors,
Textures,
Or images,
Hear sounds,
Or notice feelings arising.
And just playfully let that dynamic energy extend wider,
Front and back,
Side to side of the head,
Up above.
So you allow your energy to expand outward.
Notice the very top of this field and into the crown of your head,
This powerful energy center that connects us like an antenna to the universe,
Allowing for new downloads of wisdom from the divine.
And let's clear,
Clean,
And enhance this crown center now.
Bring in some gold shimmering light,
And clear,
Clean,
And enhance the crown with a gold light.
Allow the crown to become saturated with this rich gold light.
And any debris,
Any energy that doesn't serve you just begins to melt away,
To turn back into pure potential.
And then take a nice deep breath.
And from this place of an open mind,
We begin.
Imagine now that we are in a temple together,
You and I.
And begin to observe and create this temple from your imagination,
From the center of your head,
Where our imagination is catalyzed.
Create the walls,
And the architecture,
The windows,
Pillars.
Perhaps there is candles and incense,
Deities,
Doorways,
Arches,
Corridors.
However you see it is perfect.
And you and I are there together.
Bring in a sacred fire,
Beautiful flickering fire.
This is a sacred space.
You feel that quality of the sacred,
Fertile ground for spirit to arrive.
Loving energies called in and swirling all around you.
Deeply loving energies.
Welcome in a loving,
Helpful ancestor who is with you in this period of your life,
Your cheerleader,
Your guide.
You may have a sense of who they are,
What they're helping you with,
Or you may not at all.
And that is just fine.
Just trusting in the process and bringing in gratitude for support.
This will open the doorway to deeper support and messages arriving,
Even from unexpected places,
Through other people,
Through watching movies or reading books.
Messages begin to arrive more frequently.
Ground yourself,
Gender ground,
Cylinder to the pelvis.
So you're grounded for this very moment,
Feeling the support,
Calling in this divine energy.
And you begin to notice the music.
You become more present to the music in this sacred temple and more present to your own heartbeat,
Your vitality,
Your life force,
And your soul.
All the mastery of your soul through many lifetimes has brought you right here and right now.
In this realization,
This human form,
This expression of your soul now.
And before you,
A beautiful form is taking shape.
An incredible female form that is so beautiful and radiant.
And as she becomes more visible,
She comes closer to you and you see that she is a Saraswati,
Hindu goddess,
Patron of music,
Art,
Creativity,
Self-expression.
She is singing and she has four elegant arms.
She's doing a beautiful temple dance,
One that is so feminine,
So divine.
She is at once innocent,
Sensual,
Completely confident,
And she is singing from her soul.
She is singing from her heart.
There is no doubt in her mind around her expression.
She is completely free and at ease.
And behind this expression is purpose.
And the purpose is simply to feel present,
To feel alive,
And to share her gifts.
You feel the vibration of her voice,
Her sound coming deep from within her,
And you allow it to come in,
In,
In,
Into your own body,
Your field,
Into your heart.
And this voice of purpose and self-expression dances into your heart and that gentle,
Loving,
Motherly vibration is beginning to rinse away any doubts that may be holding you back from your own creative expression in your life.
Feel into your heart and allow this beautiful,
Loving,
Divine,
Feminine goddess,

Whole and complete.
See yourself as a color.
