Recognize that you are at the threshold of a new year,
Ready to embrace the opportunities and possibilities it holds.
Begin by reflecting on the past year,
Allowing any memories,
Experiences and lessons to surface.
What were your highlights?
What challenges did you face?
And what did you learn from them?
Acknowledge all that you've experienced with gratitude.
Now visualize a quiet and peaceful garden.
In this garden,
There's a small pond.
Imagine placing your reflections and any burdens or even negative thoughts from the past year into leaves floating on the pond's surface.
As you watch them drifting away,
Sense a lightness and release within you.
Imagine a blank canvas before you,
Representing the year that's coming,
The year ahead.
Begin to paint it with your intentions and aspirations.
What colors will you use?
What do you wish to achieve?
What would you like to experience or manifest in the coming year?
Visualize all these intentions taking shape on your canvas.
Now visualize yourself standing at the threshold of a grand archway.
This archway marks the entrance to the new year.
Step through it with a sense of anticipation and excitement.
Feel the energy of new beginnings that surround you,
