This is a guided throat chakra meditation. I take you on a journey to meet your Personal Truth. We will nurture your personal truth, expression and voice. Welcome to the throat chakra guided meditation.

This meditation will nurture your personal truth,

Expression and voice.

I will take you on a journey to meet your personal truth.

The throat chakra,

Or this hudha,

Is located at the center of your throat where your Adam's apple sits.

Its fundamental right is to speak.

The color it is associated with is blue.

Find a quiet place and create your space using the color blue,

Throat chakra gemstones,

Essential oils and herbs before doing this practice.

Do this with intention.

Lie down on your yoga mat and place your crystal at your throat chakra.

We will be using breath work to calm and center ourselves before connecting to your personal truth.

This meditation is a journey into your imagination.

For some it might be like a color movie.

For others you may not see anything at all.

Whatever happens for you is correct.

Know that you are loved.

Know that you are safe.

Know that you are held.

Now place your right hand on your heart and your left hand on your belly.

Close your eyes.

We will be breathing in and out through your nose.

Start to notice your breath as it comes in and out.

Imagine you are breathing right down into your belly as your left hand rises.

Your right doesn't move.

As you exhale,

Your left hand falls.

Inhale,

Belly rises.

Hands by your side and continue to notice your breath as we move into the meditation.

Go within to that place of inner quiet.

Let go of any thoughts and distractions.

If any thoughts come in,

Allow them to go out with your exhalation.

Feel the weight of your body being completely supported by the earth below,

Knowing that you are safe and held.

And with each inhalation and exhalation,

Allow yourself to become more relaxed,

More comfortable,

More at peace.

I invite you to imagine you are standing in front of a door.

Take a moment to look at this door.

What is it made of?

What is the texture?

Does it have a frame?

What is the size?

Does it have a color?

Is there anything written on it?

Take time to explore the door.

Reach out and touch this door.

What does it feel like beneath your fingertips?

Behind this door is the place where your personal truth lives.

It's a place where you feel valued,

Treasured,

And able to express yourself.

Let's open the door and enter the place where your personal truth lives.

Take a moment to look around you.

What do you notice?

Are you in a large space or small?

Are you inside or outside?

What is around you?

Explore.

Take a moment to see your surroundings and notice what it feels like to be here and bring your attention to this moment.

There is nowhere else where you need to be right now.

There is nothing to distract you.

Nothing to fix or change.

Everything is in divine order.

Your full attention is here.

Let this meditation guide you.

Now call out and ask your personal truth to join you.

What do you notice?

Are there any sensations?

Does your personal truth have a shape or a form?

Is there anything else around you?

Take a moment to get to know your personal truth and feel what it feels like to be here in this place where you are valued,

Treasured,

And able to express yourself.

Let this meditation guide you.

As you take rest from this interaction,

Notice a warm blue light glowing from your throat center.

You feel this warm blue light spilling out into the rest of your body,

Bringing with it feelings of authentic expression.

Your voice is valued.

Your voice is treasured.

Your voice is appreciated.

This warm blue light flows towards your head area.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It continues to flow to your shoulders,

Through your arms,

And into your fingertips.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It continues to flow into your chest and heart area.

Notice the blue light of your personal truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It moves slowly towards your stomach.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It continues down towards your pelvis.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It continues to flow into your thighs.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

It moves further down into your calves,

Feet,

And toes.

Notice the blue light of your truth here and feel the sensation of your deepest personal truth.

Now that we have awakened your deepest personal truth,

Let us now embody the feelings of being valued,

Treasured,

And able to express yourself.

Let us bring your spirit guides,

Guardian angels,

And ancestors.

Call upon them to witness you as you integrate your personal truth into your body.

Let them see you as the treasured,

Valued,

Expressive being that you are in this place where your personal truth lives.

Let them see you as the treasured,
