And and and and and and and and and and and and and and The names of Jesus.
There is power in the name of Jesus.
When we call on His name,
He comes to our aid.
He helps us.
He heals us.
He surrounds us with His love,
Grace,
And mercy.
There are countless names for Jesus.
These names can help us gain a better understanding of who Jesus is to us.
Using them in your prayer and in your meditation time will allow you to connect with Jesus in a new way that will build your affection and love for Him.
Begin to take slow,
Deep breaths.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Inhale enough air that your chest expands.
As you continue taking slow,
Deep breaths,
Allow your mind to slow down.
Let go of your thoughts and worries.
Release the tension in your body.
Just let the stress float from your muscles and allow your body to relax.
Continue to take slow,
Deep breaths in through your nose,
Then out through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Imagine that God is breathing His life,
His love,
His peace in you with every breath you take.
As you breathe out,
Begin dropping the thoughts and the feelings that are weighing you down.
Breathing in God's promise to provide all you need.
Breathe out your frustrations.
Breathe in God's promise to be with you wherever you go.
Breathe out your fear.
Breathing in God's grace and forgiveness.
Breathe out your worry.
Breathing in God's peace that passes all understanding.
Breathe out your to-do list.
Send out a silent prayer to God to guide and direct you through this meditation experience.
Place your hands in your laps with your palms facing up,
Signifying your surrender to God's presence.

Considering the name of Jesus that you picked,
Use your imagination of all its significance.
If you chose the door,
Let us ponder it.
What does it look like?
What color is it?
Think about the purpose of a door.
Do you know the Bible verse that references it?
Do you know why you chose this name?
Is there a history of the relationship of this name?
Or is this a new encounter?
What does this name tell me about Jesus?
How does this name help me love and trust him?
How does this name help me live more freely?
Christ promised his followers that he would be with them always.
He also promised that his Spirit,
The Spirit of God,
Would come and dwell within us and among us.
The Spirit will help us in our mission to fully trust your life to God and to know his ways and to share this opportunity as Christ did with the people in their daily lives.
