Healthy Self-Love Mantra Meditation

I have today to love my life.

Something really good is going to happen to me today.

I can feel it.

Miracles,

Big and small,

I notice them all.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes,

Thank you.

I am 100% health and wellness.

My body knows how to heal itself effortlessly and easily.

I am the one who's in control of my body.

No outside forces,

Experiences,

History,

Or people can affect the perfect healing of my body.

My body knows exactly what to do and when to do it.

I trust and allow my body to heal itself.

It's easy for me to make healthy choices when it comes to food and water and nutrition and exercise and rest and self-care.

I ask myself every day in every experience,

Is this helpful or hurtful?

And I always choose helpful.

It is easy for me to turn my life around physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally,

And spiritually.

I have today to love myself fully and completely.

Anything from my past I no longer carry around with me.

It is where it belongs,

In the past.

My life is right now.

I get to live my life today just the way I want to.

I am being guided by the divine forces and influences and I feel so loved and supported.

I know that I am worthy of every single thing that I want in this world.

I know that I am so loved.

I love myself completely.

I am so beautiful.

I am so worthy.

I am so dynamic.

I am brilliant.

I am gorgeous.

I am everything.

God does not make mistakes and He did not make a mistake with me.

I am here for a reason and I know that.

My purpose will be revealed.

I am loved.

I am loving and I am lovable.

I am edgeless.

I am timeless.

I am limitless.

I am in control of my life.

I decide what's right for me and I attract those around me who feel the same way.

I am only surrounded by people who love me and support me and they accept me just as I am.

And in doing so,

I also look at those in my life and I only see love.

I do not see flaws.

I do not see wounds,

Bruises,

And insignificant behavioral traits that don't really affect me.

I look at everyone in my life through the same eyes that God does and that's with love.

So on this day and every day,

I will live my life in service of myself into what feels good for me and what is best for me in service of me.

And by doing that,

I am able to serve the world in a really extraordinary way.

I am loved,

Loving,

And lovable and so it is.
